What happens when you change your address in your iTunes account? You also have to have a payment method associated with the USA, For example gift cards are restricted to the country of their purchase.

You probably are not asking about your password for use on this forum as you are signed in.
You are mentioning an account and so I guess the question will relate to Firefox sync. That is secure and if you lose a password you lose the data, and there is nothing anyone at Mozilla can do to help you recover data because of that security.

No update is ever forced on you. It's always the user's option to accept and install the update or not, which you apparently did. As John said, there is no supported way to go back to an earlier version of iOS, and that's been the case since the first iOS-based device came out these several years ago. If you want to comment to Apple on the issue, you can do so via their feedback page:

but I don't expect Apple to change, and almost certainly not in the near future. If you search the web, you'll find instructions that may work for downgrading, but you're on your own should any problems arise. For many people it goes without problems, but for some it's reportedly bricked their devices.

If your new email address is an Apple-related email account (e.g., Mobileme account), you will get the 'email is already in use' message. If this is the case, you cannot consolidate your old Apple ID with your new one. I (and many others) have ran into this same issue.
If this is indeed the cause of your problem, I recommend that you start using your new Apple ID exclusively. If you made a considerable number of purchases under your old Apple ID (i.e., through iTunes), you will still have to log in under your old ID for that account.
Hopefully, one day Apple will allow us to consolidate accounts.

Select the song or CD you want to edit, and choose File > Get Info (or press Control-I).
Click Info and make your changes.
Tip: If you’re changing the same information (for example, the genre) for multiple items, you can select all the items and change the information for them at the same time.
Create your own genre category by clicking Info and typing the category in the Genre field.

It sounds like you would like to reset your iPod Touch to factory settings but the Erase All Content and Settings function is not working. I would next try using iTunes to restore the iPod with this article:

Have been trying for almost an hour and half to get someone to answer in chat and have been passed over a few times. Cannot access my work profile after I downloaded 4.0 yesterday. Keeps saying I'm offline but I'm not and the box is unchecked. Have tried restart several times, re-install several times to no avail. Haven't gotten help in chat nor answers here. To the extent possible, I removed all impediments to Firefox from Symantec Endpoint Protection which is what my university uses along with Cisco Clean Agent where I also removed impediments. The problem was not solved. I continue not to be able to use one of my two profiles (the more important one) since I downloaded 4.0 yesterday. Worked fine with 3. every update since 3.0. I still get the same message about being offline and unchecking the box which has never been checked. Still searching for a remedy.
Don't know enough to find which part of the Firefox program in the C drive program files is the culprit, but it is surely somewhere there. Little at a loss as to what to do. Wish I knew of a Firefox whiz or Geek either near where I live or in Frederick, MD; Leesburg, VA or Washington, DC -
okay so i have been trying to contact apple for days now but i was just thinking why do we have to only choose between white or black for the digitizer? would i be able to send my ipod into apple to get it customized to a different color besides that?
Apple does not offer custom colors. I'd suggest you get a skin for your iPod. Those are available in hundreds of colors and patterns and since they're not permanent, they don't affect the iPod's warranty and you can change if you ever get tired of the skin you chose.

questions and I am answerng them correctly yet they tell me that my answer don't match their information. They know nothing about me so how do they know what the correct info is?
