Hi! I have a MacBook and I am trying to delete files from Microsoft Word. Somehow I cannot simply throw them in the trash. Does anyone know how to resolve this issue?

Why not? Are there error messages? Where are the files located? Why are you deleting MicroSoft Word files?

Particularly:
Check USB connections
If there’s an issue with the USB port, cable, dock, or hub, or if the device becomes disconnected during restore, try troubleshooting the USB connection, then troubleshooting your security software.
Common errors: 13, 14, 1600-1629, 1643-1650, 2000-2009, 4000, 4005, 4013, 4014, 4016, “invalid response”, and being prompted to restore again after a restore completes.
To narrow down the issue, you can also change up your hardware:
Use another USB cable.
Plug your cable into a different USB port on your computer.
Try a different dock connector (or no dock).
Add (or remove) a USB hub between your device and computer.
Connect your computer directly to your Internet source, with no routers, hubs, or switches.
If you see your error after changing your USB connections, continue to the next section to troubleshoot your hardware.

This is a part of the larger MacBook Pro connectivity issue. There are several related threads dealing with the MBP's networking problems. If your unit is suffering from this type of difficulty, good luck ... (or a long ethernet cable)

Please try the following to see if we can resolve your issue:
1. Turn the printer off.
2. Unplug the power from the printer for at least 5-10 minutes.
3. While unplugged, remove any paper from the unit.
4. Double check for any obstructions found in the unit or paper paths.
5. If no obstructions are found, plug the power back in and turn the unit on.

I updated today to the 5.0.1 and now when I try to sync to ITunes, it doesn't recognize my phone and an error message comes up saying that "This iPhone cannot be used because the Apple Mobile Device service is not started.' My backlight on my macbook pro unibody is not working. The lights do not come on. Does anyone know how to fix this manually? Im also missing screes to the back of my computer holding it in shape. My battery needs to be replaced as well. How do i do all of this? Id also like to replace my RAM.

For the keyboard backlight:
Have you tried pressing the "lights on" F-key, that has like a half-round rays of light over a bar symbol (currently F6 on my Mac, but may be different on other models)? If it doesn't work, does anything show on the screen?
If a crossed-out symbol pops up onscreen when you press the F-key, that means that automatic keyboard lighting is enabled and the Mac thinks surroundings are too bright already. Go to System Preferences / Keyboard and uncheck the "Automatically illuminate keyboard..." item, then try again.
For the screws:
Visit www.powerbookmedic.com or www.ifixit.com and see in their Mac parts section for a replacement screw set. You will need to know your Mac's model, printed on the bottom lid, to ensure you get the correct parts for that particular computer.
For the RAM:
While in either of the two places I mentioned above, visit their How-To / DIY section for instructions on how to replace RAM on your Mac. Then visit www.crucial.com, www.corsair.com, www.kingston.com, www.otherworldcomputing.com or any other RAM maker, use their RAM advisor together with your Mac's model to select the correct RAM upgrade kit for your Mac.

When I have a youtube video up and switch to a different window or program the video box shows up at the upper left of the screen and it does not go away. Does anyone know how to resolve this?

This only happens with youtube videos

I also have it - I updated Firefox and Flash both today.
When a YouTube is running and you cover all of the image with another page, a copy of the flash output appears at the top left corner of the screen, on top of anything there, and persists as long as the video is covered.
The only way to get rid of it is stop the video and wipe another window over the flash ghost.
I'd guess somebody isn't telling flash to stop updating when covered, and it writes to 0,0 instead.
Might be in flash, or might be in Firefox.

If you're using the BlackBerry browser, you can't configure anything to bypass the RIM servers. I believe you may do so by using the Opera browser, but I haven't tried it myself so cannot comment with authority.

I have music match. Several songs are combined on one song so that it will not download from the cloud, does anyone know how to fix this?

Delete the current copy of the song from iTunes and then download again (free) from your purchased history.
If the problem persists contact iTunes Store support staff through the report a problem links in your account history.
