Photoshop Elements 5 was the last version not requiring activation, only entry of the serial number and is not available for download from Adobe.
If you can copy the contents of the DVD to a flash drive on another computer, you may be able to run the installer from the flash drive. If not, you can make an iso of the disc on another computer and copy to a flash drive. Then install a virtual disc drive application like this:
Freeware MagicISO Virtual CD/DVD-ROM(MagicDisc) Overview
on the notebook and mount the iso using that.

Obviously, this takes up about 3gb of memory. I therefore, need to push this film back into the cloud thereby removing it from my device. When I go on videos and then films all I get is a list of films I have previously purchased on my ITunes account. If you're sure you've installed the latest version of Flash, take each of the following steps that you haven't already tried. After each step, relaunch Safari and test. For a "missing plug-in" error, start with Step 7. Back up all data before making any changes.

Try going into store then entring apple ID along the bottom...there's a tap for hidden downloads, slide finger across to unhidden then it should come bak into your library. Hope it works it did for me .
