Have you charged ipad Try a Reboot press & hold power button & menu button hold both down until you see Apple Logo You may need to do this more than once. Bsydd uk

Thanks for that. Much more constructive than the last comment. It's only the restriction code I can't recall, not the access passcode. So I can currently access the device, just not age restricted content. Does that's make a difference? I also wondered if anyone knew how many attempts you get to try to get it right. Now tried 21 times and so far nothing bad has happened but I am concerned I'll eventually be completely locked out of the device. That doesn't seem in the spirit of things though. Surely it's foreseeable that a child could repeatedly try to guess the code so I can't see that it would be right to lock the device down completely in that circumstance, particularly if the access code is being typed in correctly every time.

I have been using firefox for a long time, today when i tried to launch firefox i recieved "Firefox is configured to use a proxy server that is refusing connections." i dont know how to fix this. I didnt change any settings, im the only person who uses this computer
You can find the connection settings in Tools > Options > Advanced : Network : Connection<br />
If you do not need to use a proxy to connect to internet then select "No Proxy"

I have tried 4x restoring my itouch5 to manufacture settings I have not succeeded. What should I do?
I tried to restore my itouch5 and it said that there was an error of some kind. It says that my ipod software is up to date and below it it says restore ipod. I have tried countless times to restore it but with no success. I have turned off my ipod, unplugged it but nothing works. It has the itunes logo on the screen of my ipod with the usb cable pointing towards it and it wont go away. help me please.

I have a problem, my wife has an ipad with photos , emails etc etc, she has recently got herself a new iPad Air, has now been using that for two or more months, more photos (new) more emails and other stuff. What she wants to do is get all she wants from ipad 1 to new ipad without finishing up with 2 of everything which happen on previous occasion. I realise that she needs to tidy up ipad 1 first and get rid of thousands of emails etc. I need help.

When we did iPhone thru same process finished up with two of most things pics and emails. The emails alone were over 2 thousand and wife reluctant to delete them all. I would and just sort pics. I have Mac mini and there is partition of boot camp but some miss understanding the osx 10.8.2 is deleted and while I m going to recovery mode the portition can not removing and the also cant repaired what I do I need urgent help ???? Please ?????
Do you have a Time Machine backup or clone? If not,
all is lost if you have in fact deleted your OSX partition
and you will have to do a reinstall from Recovery HD
and install all else. -

Perform a "hard reset" on the device by pressing down and holding the home button and the sleep/wake button for up to 30secs. until you see a black screen with the Apple logo, then release.

FORCE IPAD INTO RECOVERY MODE
1. Turn off iPad
2. Turn on computer and launch iTunes (make sure you have the latest version of iTune)
3. Plug USB cable into computer's USB port
4. Hold Home button down and plug the other end of cable into docking port.
DO NOT RELEASE BUTTON until you see picture of iTunes and plug
5. Release Home button.
ON COMPUTER
6. iTunes has detected iPad in recovery mode. You must restore this iPad before it can be used with iTunes.
7. Select "Restore iPad"...
Note:
1. Data will be lost if you do not have backup
2. You must follow step 1 to step 4 VERY CLOSELY.
3. Repeat the process if necessary.
