I also tried iCloud, but i did not like the way you have to choose sending "from" each time you send an email. I currently use 2 accounts,one for business, one personal.
In response to your above reply; I went to "mailbox" - sycronise account", but nothing happened.
Am I missing some other setting perhaps. I did "enable mobile" on internet provider webmail. -

I have an Apple MacBook on which Lion 10.7, plus all updates, are successfully installed.
Can you tell me if TechTool Deluxe, normally supplied with Apple here has been now tested and found to run successfully?
I have run the program to check a problem that I'm having. The particularly with video, and also volume structure. TEchTool Delux reports a failure for both of these components.
I am wondering if this is realistic or not, given the start-up screen for TechTool Delux mentions on start-up that it has yet to be tested fully with Lion?

I suspect not, hoever, seeing I am running Lion, I am not sure at all? If you can answer this question it will help as then Imight be able to solve the problem I'm having.

HI there can you tell me why none of my music will play on itunes it just displays a message saying it cannot be located please help it is driving me nuts
JanAbout 5 days ago for no apparent reason at all, about
7000 songs which i have collected over a number of
years has just decided that it wont play in ITUNES or
in any other of my media players. When you click on
Play over a song nothing happens. The play icon
doesnt even come up on the screen.
Steps I have taken so far are:
1 - Remove all tracks from ITUNES and then re-add the
folder where all the songs are. This has obviously
removed all songs, but when I have re-added the
folder , it has added about 650 tracks back on to the
playlist. These 650 tracks will play. This leaves
approx 6400 tracks that it wont play.
By the way all the songs on my PC are MP3 type and I
have had no problem playing any of them until last
week.
2 - I have re-installed ITUNES and reinstalled
Quicktime and that has not worked.
3 - All of my songs are backed up on to a External
Hard Drive. I have tried to restore the songs and
also play them directly from the external hard drive.
I get the same problem when I do this.
4 - I have enabled and allowed all permissions for
the account that I am running the PC from.
I am guessing there must be some settnig or Registry
Key that is blocking me playing the tracks from the
PC. I have also tried to launch the songs in Media
Player and Sonic stage but thsi has not played
either.
All the tracks are in the folder structure as they
were before so I know they are there. I just need to
somehow unlock them.......
If anyone has any ideas, I would be very grateful as
I dont want to lose my entire music collection.
Also I cannot find anyweher on here that is a Support
number or email address for Apple as this is an
ITUNES issue and they should be resolving it for
me!!!!

If it's not formatted as ExFAT then how did the photos get onto the card ? If you copied them onto it yourself then you need to create a DCIM directory off the root of the card, with the photos underneath it, and the photo filenames need to be exactly 8 characters long (no spaces) plus the file extension i.e. in a similar format as if a camera had created/written them -

And offcourse that I delete my files and documents is not an Iweb problem, but because my English is not that good, that I thougt I try to tell the whole story, and hope people can read trough the lines.
Why I didn't use Iweb to upload to the server is because the server company recommanded to use file zilla. And I am a nobody with this kind of things, so I did exactly what they tell me to do.
No, i did not make a backup of Iweb and the domain file, but reading other messages on this forum showed me that I can maybe try to make empty the cashfile (?)
and otherwise I have bad luck and have to make my website again. Offcourse I have a lot of examples from all the pages (copied from the local map to my USB stick) and my website is aprox. 15 Mb, (not so big) so it will cost me a few nigths.
But I'm still hoping on a miracle :-)

You question is garbled. Are you saying your iPad cannot connect to a laptop with Snow Leopard? Restart your computer. Start iTunes and check for updates. If there are any updates to itunes download and install it. Then restart your computer and start iTunes.
Then reboot your iPad. Press and hold the Home and Sleep buttons simultaneously ignoring the red slider until the Apple logo appears. Let go of the buttons and let the iPad restart.
Finally connect your iPad to your computer. Use a USB on your computer that is not on the keyboard or connected to a hub.
If you do these things and it still doesn't show up in iTunes on your computer report back here and explain clearly just what happened. -
My head phone jack isn't working. Only works with the new headphones that have three rings at the bottom. My regular ones with two rings don't work with the computer anymore. Anyone know a fix? Ive tried reseting my computer and that didnt work

But even if you, not all countries have agreed to allow their films be redownloaded, and there is no guarantee that a film (or any other item) will remain in the store, so you shouldn't rely on being able to redownload them. You also can't add films and/or tv programmes to the cloud, whether an item appears there depends upon your country, the film studio, and if it remains in the store.

I have tried to install Firefox 13 and 14 on my netbook, running a Windows 7 starter OS. The installation begins to go smoothly from the setup.exe file; but after the installation seems complete, and I press the 'Open Firefox' button the firefox programme can be seen to start opening because it accumulates about 50mb of private bytes RAM on the windows task manager or on the 'process explorer' utility program by sysinternals. About the Scrapbook add-on, I could get it to work. It has no icon when docked to the toolbar, but you can anyway open it. Right-click a button on the toolbar, click Customize... find the Scrapbook icon, drag it to the bookmarks bar so you can see the icon and click on it to open it. Whenever you need to save a page, right-click that page and choose Save page.
