If they don't show on your purchase history on your account then have you have you added or changed your credit card details on your account - when you do then a small temporary store holding charge may be applied to check that the details are correct and valid, which should disappear within a few days) ? Creating an itunes account without a credit card messed up...can someone help?
I followed the instructions to create an Apple ID without using a credit card (thank you google....) but somewhere after the verification email it went wrong. Now, every time I try to log into the Apps Store on Itunes it prompts me to enter a credit card.
Does anyone know how to fix this, so that I can get into the apps store?I think you have to log in using your account, enter the codes etc. for the gift card, and then the credit amount appears and she will be able to download the music. I did the same for my stepson, who is 16. An employee at the Apple store told me to do this and said when he is old enough to get his own credit card he can set up an account and the music he already has will play. Yes, I think that a credit card is 100% necessary and I presume that legally it forces you to be respponsible, as a parent, for your child's downloads as they cannot have a credit card under 18, at least under English law, and presumably, in other countries such as the USA, it is the same.

I have two small charges on my credit card from iTunes store and I would like to find out what they are. The number listed is a recording and tells me to come to the website for answers. There is no sign of any purcases in my itunes store. Where can I get a person to talk to from I tunes? Has any one had this happen to them?
Look at you purchase history.
Open itunes, click on your name in the top right corner and go to your account and look.
BTW, there is no telephone support for itunes at all. -
I would like to cancel all itune charges on my credit card there is one for 4.99 and .99 now I see another one for 7.95 as of March 16 Please cancel all of them. I didn't charge them.

Do you have 'in-app' purchases enabled on an iPhone/iPad or other device that kids or other family members use ? That could be the issue.
If not change your iTunes Store password to try to prevent whatever is doing this making further charges.
Also if you can't find the cause, talk to your cc company. -

If you update your billing information, the iTunes Store will place an authorization hold on your payment card account, usually in the amount of 1 USD, to verify your account information. It will be credited back to your account later.

For the film not playing, you can use the 'report a problem' link from your purchase history : log into your account on your computer's iTunes via Store > View My Account and you should then see a Purchase History section with a 'see all' link to the right of it ; click on that and you should see a list of your purchases ; find that film and use the 'Report a Problem' link.

You need to "authorize" the Mac.
Launch iTunes on the Mac then from the iTunes menu bar top of your screen click Store > Authorize This Computer.
Now, using the same Apple ID as you used to purchased iTunes media originally, you should be able to sync all your content.

CC is for retail use with 20 GB of storage space, CCT is where number of seats are purchased & assigned by one program admin where each seat gets 100GB of storage space.
You can not have both the CC & team in one account as it will only provide you added storage space of 120 GB but you can activate the CC any of them or either of them twice as CC is based on Adobe ID.

The figures you mention only make sense on your intranet. Are you still using the same wireless router. The verizon one is somewhat limited as far as max wireless-n performace. For one thing it only has a 2.4 radio. I like many people who wanted wireless-n performance before they even added a wireless-n gigabit router, have my own handling my wireless-n network.
