Hi i just bought Adobe Photoshop Elements 13 today and everytime i enter my redemption code i get this oops message and i tried the customer care online i haven't gotten a answer yet,and with no customer service phone number for this particular version I
My redemption code comes up with this oops message and it tells me my code is invalid I don't know how I paid 100$ for it today brand new! I am so frustrated please help anyone with any information that could help
You need to contact Adobe directly using the link below - only they can deal with redemption codes and serial numbers. Use the dropdown menu for boxes (1) & (2) to scroll down the list and choose:

I just bought Adobe Photoshop Elements 12. Where can I get the serial number to set it up?
The serial number is not on the box.
Serial numbers are never on the box; They are normally inside the box for security reasons and they should be on the CD sleeve as shown in this picture:
Some big stores in the States normally insert a leaflet inside the box with a Redemption Code on it as shown in this picture:

Ok, so I just bought Adobe Photoshop elements 12 from Best Buy a month ago, and I want to download it onto my computer now. So I inserted the CD and everything, and through the process, the box popped up telling me to insert my serial number. After looking up what that was- and being told it was on the sticker on the back on the CD box- I entered it, and it keeps telling me it's invalid. It's a 8 number, so is it a redemtion code? If so, where do I redeem it?
The serial number should 24 numbers divided into sets of 4 (I think). It should be located on the CD cover. I don't think a redemption code is involved if you buy the CD, but just in case here's some links to cover either case...

I have bought Adobe Photoshop Elements 10 last August 2013 and having problems with installing it on Windows 8.1. Why am I having this problem?
You can check you Adobe account online to see if the serial number is registered under your account. If not then your only option will likely be to contact Adobe Support directly thru chat to see if they can provide you with a/the serial number. For them to do so will require you being able to prove ownership.

I just purchased a camera packaged with Adobe photoshop Elements 11. I have a mac book air- which does not have a cd drive. The package did not come with a code or anything that would provide me with another way to install photoshop that came with my camera. Is there any other way i can install this on my camera without using the provided cd or buying the software again?
That doesn't help the user with the serial code though.
There has to be some kind of code somewhere within the package. The disk itself does not contain one. You can look here for help with finding your serial number:

Please help, I just purchased Adobe photoshop elements 13, Adobe premiere elements 13 and I have no ideal how to find it on my computer. It says it has downloaded it in my downloads but when I go to it I can't pull it up. Which means I can't use it. Please help me download correctly so that I can use it. Thanks
Nitan15479421 the serial number should not contain letters. It is likely you received a redemption code. Please see Redemption Code Help for information on how to redeem your redemption code.

If the code you are trying to enter has letters then you are not looking at a serial number. A serial number only contains numbers - 6 sets of 4 numbers.

Just bought Adobe Photoshop Ps , clicked on the icon in my Mac dock and am staring at a black page with a perimeter of symbols and a heading that reads "Adobe Photoshop CC 2014. I don't have a clue what I do next. I would like to transfer some photos from my iPhoto library. Where do I start?
Photoshop does not transfer files nor import files. It can open files from any place that finder can access for files.
This is the normal process:
You need to log into https://www.adobe.com/creativecloud/catalog/desktop.html Download Center
Select the app you would like to start with
The Creative Cloud manager will install first.
When done installing, the Creative cloud (adobe manager) should open in the middle of your screen.
If no apps automatically start installing then click on Apps
Scroll down to the app you want to install and click the install button
Once the manager says it is done, you can start your app like you normally do with any other app. -
I just purchased Adobe Photoshop Elements 13 but my PC is not recognizing my CDRom and I cannot download the program. I tried copying the files on the program disc to my hard drive but get a message the installer will not work. I have the redemption code and serial numbers. Can I download the program online somewhere? If I download a trial version for instance will it allow me to enter my serial number and use it for the full program?
