Is your CS4 serial number registered to same adobe id with which you are trying to place the order?
This offer is not available to Education, OEM, or volume licensing customers.

I set up a passcode to ensure the security of my iPhone 5 but, when I enter it on the home screen, I repeatedly receive an error message and my phone locks. Is there a way to reset the passcode when I am unable to gain access to my phone?
I figured that was the case, but I've used the same passcode for years and I can't seem to figure out how I managed to screw it up when I set up my phone. Without being able to access my phone for a restore, how would I accomplish this? iTunes? Thank you very much for you help!

Someone else has put a password on my phone. I have read all the restoring or backing up methods but when I go to do those it says to turn off find my iPhone in my setting. If I cant unlock my phone I obviously can't turn this off. Help
If you have a lock code, how did someone change the apple ID for "find my phone?" You should go by the apple store and let them help you.

My computer crashed. Ugh. I downloaded Photoshop CS3 (my first full version) and when I tried to upgrade ( I have upgrades to CS6) I get an error message. I remember having to call Adobe for help when I purchased CS4 but can't find a number to call them. I keep getting directed to help screens which are no help.
Any solutions? Is there a "generic" serial number I can enter to get my upgrades installed?

I would recommend contacting our support team directly at Contact Customer Care to see if the qualifying full version serial number can be found. Also I would recommend referencing case 0181578817 which is your previous case from 2010. -

i am a student from berlin, germany. i chose the cc 2014 student subscription for 19,99€ monthly ( mac OSX 10.9.3 ). i had an adobe ID before and i continue using it now. i installed some programs from the CC2014. after that i wanted to try out muse, started the program and was asked whether i wanted to test the program for 30 days, or if i wanted to license it. i clicked the license button and went to https://licensing.adobe.com as suggested. there it said "Sie konnten nicht als autorisierter Anwender dieser Website identifiziert werden. Wenden Sie sich bitte an Adobe." translation: "it was impossible to identify you as an authorised user of this website. contact adobe". what now?
i went to adobe support ( the written support, because chat and telefone-support is from 9:00 to 17:00 - my working hours ). there i did everything that was suggested: correcting the hosts file, keychain certificates etc. nothing helped.
has anybody an idea what i could do next?

yes, I completed each and every step listed in Sign in, activation, or connection errors | CC, CS6, CS5.5. It didn't help. The forum told me to change the language of the CC application to english international, which i did - didn't help, still there was a serial number required.
now i deleted the hosts file completely from my computer ( still have it in my trashbin ). now the programs work fine but i am concerned if i did something wrong/illegal by deleting the hosts file. -

I am having trouble moving music from the iPad to iCloud in order to save space in the device.
I realise that in order to store music not purchased on iTunes store can only be stored in iCloud if you subscribe to iTunes Match which I have done.
Appears that moving music from iTunes on my PC to iCloud is successful by deleting song or album in iTunes library and than click on "Keep song" instead of sending to recycle bin. After this has been done the Cloud Icon appears on the album or against the song. However when I then look at Music on the iPad the album or song have not been moved to iCloud. I have tried syncronising with cable connected between PC and iPad. After that has been done the message is that sync was successful bujt still music has not been moved into the Cloud.
Can anybody help? What am I doing wrong? Is there a way to move the music to the cloud working on the iPad only (without trying to use the PC to move the music to the cloud)?You can only add music to iTunes Match from your iTunes library on your computer, not from your iOS device. If you have music on your iPad that is not on your computer, you'll have to import it to your iTunes library on your computer to add it to iTunes Match.
Music purchased from the iTunes store can be imported directly to your iTunes library by authorizing your computer for the Apple ID(s) used to purchase the music (in Store>Authorize This Computer), then connecting the iPad to your computer, opening iTunes and going to File>Devices>Transfer Purchases. Music from other sources will require using 3rd party software to transfer to your computer, such as Touch Copy. -
Okay here is my problem: I bought an iPhone 5c about two months ago, and recently knocked it in my pocket and damaged the digitiser – although not the glass, but it is currently unusable. However before that it started really playing up.
Primarily, it stopped being able to tell the time – which does not sound like a big issue, but is in fact a real pain as it throws out all my real-time apps, as well as making all my messages come through completely out of sync with each other. The time just seems to have slowed down, no matter if it is on ‘Set Time Automatically’ or ‘Set Time Manually’ – in half an hour it normally only forwards two or three minutes. Then the Bluetooth would not work, and then the same with the wifi – they just sat there with the turning on icon staying on and not changing. The next thing that happened was that my messages that I’d sent to people would occasionally send to other contacts over imessage completely randomly without me doing anything!
I know these are hardware issues and covered by Apple’s warranty, and they would replace my iPhone if those were the only problems, but as the digitiser is cracked I have to pay £177 pounds before they will even look at it to replace the glass, and that is just so I can send it off again afterwards for them just to give me a fresh phone anyway!
It is also not an option to do a self repair or go to a phone doctor as both of these will use non-apple parts, and void my warranty.
I really am stuck as I don’t have that kind of money for a repair at the moment, and still feel like it would be a complete waste of time for a phone that is currently not working anyway that they would just replace. Is there anything I can do?"Is there anything I can do?"

I have reset my router multiple times, and I was connected to the internet just fine before. I have a booster and it was working great until yesterday when it said I was connected to the internet but everytime I tried to load safari it said I wasn't connected. It is working while I am using the hard-line, but I am wondering how to fix the Wi-Fi. I have also reset safari, cleared the cache, and recieved every update.
ThanksI too am experiencing an EXTREMELY slow connection to the internet when my PC comes out of sleep. When I check/troubleshoot the connection, I have all green lights, indicating I should be able to get on line, but it takes about 4 or 5 minutes before I can do so. It seems that this problem started shortly after the iCloud (or i Could as another poster said) was loaded. I know its not my ISP, because my wife, who works on an IBM machine gets right on, no problemo. Is there something going on with either the recent update or the i Could (use to be able) addition? Defective software?
