HT4208 I would like to get started with my one on one instruction. Since receiving my MacBookAir there has not been any availably for booking appts.

Help with 2 iTunes accounts on 1 computer

A few questions here
Gfs laptop has broke so to replace going to get an iPad so she wants to put her iTunes account on my computer.
I am assuming the simplest way to do this (windows 7) is to create her own user name, sign herself in, download iTunes and put her apple I'd in?
Also before syncing her iPhone to her iTunes account on my computer, she wants her photos/videos backed up without using iTunes for fear of losing them when updating to iOS 5.0.1 (currently using 4. Something)
I am assuming to do this you need to check make iPhone storage device then my computer select her phone then drag n drop to a new created folder for he iPhone photos?
Next is she has very little music not purchased through iTunes which is obviously on her iTunes account. Can she somehow copy Music that I have on my iTunes that has been either imported from cd's or downloaded (not from iTunes store) from my iTunes to hers? Possibly copying the files somehow

if this is a first generation Nano i.e Black or White, you may find Apple will replace it free of charge as there is a fault with some of the batteries, they contacted me by email. i gave them the serial number on the back of the device to confirm it was eligable, and they are sending a replacement. Doesn't answer your question, but could entitle you to a free nano !!! good luck

You can set up accounts for them, but they will be completely separate. There is no "umbrella" account or global management where you can view and control multiple accounts. You'll have to log into each iTunes Store account separately to redeem gift cards, view purchases, etc. To set up a new iTunes Store account for each child, each will need a separate email address.

Need help with merging itunes accounts.

Hello. I was wondering if any of you mac experts can help me. My husband and I recently purchased a new mac and are having trouble figuring out how to merge our information into our computer's itunes. I set up the computer under my apple ID/email. However we both have separate apple id's linked with the same bank account information. The problem is, itunes on our computer isn't recognizing any of the purchases through my husband's apple id, even though they were paid for through the same account. I haven't been able to figure out whether or not I can add his apple id/email to itunes and merge the two, since a substantial amount of music/apps/etc were purchased under his ID. Surely it's possible to have more than on apple id on one family's computer? Anyone know? Hopefully I worded this clearly enough. Thanks!

Open the NetInfo Manager in the /Applications/Utilities/ folder, click the padlock, type in your password, and then locate that account in the list of users. Delete that account and only that account; don't make any other changes. The account's home folder will remain on the drive.

Newbie: help with accessing itunes account on another computer.

I've got itunes installed fully working on my computer.
Yesterday, I realised I could install itunes on my laptop and it automatically synced in with all my music and podcasts - great!
However, when I attempted to use itunes on my laptop today, none of the music or podcasts appeared?
I do not understand why it did this automatically yesterday and now today, there is nothing showing.
Once I logged onto my laptop yesterday, everything just showed automatically. I've made sure I've logged into itunes today etc but nothing.
PLEASE can someone help. Many thanks.

Your media is only where you put it.
If you want it on a second computer, put it there.
Installing iTunes does not cause content to magically appear.

I only have one desktop computer and it is a PC.
How can I keep my child's music for his ipod off my iphones?

I need help with my itunes account

this is my son's account. He is autistic and somehow figured out how to use my card and purchase itunes I am freaking out because just found out he has spent over 700 dollars on itunes. I just lost my job and cant pay my mortgage because I dont have enough becaouse of these charges. I do not understand what he bought for so much money...over 40 dollars at a time as songs are only .99 cents. Is there anything I can do about the current charges...can you take back whatever he purchased? I thought his phone was blocked for this and I dont know how it happened...Please help!!!

Moved to USA from Australia and I need help with my iTunes account.

Okay so I moved to USA from Australia and I changed my address and all that for the account but when I open iTunes it say that my account isn't valid for use in the United States. So I look into it and it says I need to have no credit left over to change my account from Aus to USA.
Okay so my question is how do I use 15 cents in the iTunes Store so I can change my iTunes so it works, does any one have any suggestions.

You can contact iTunes Store support and ask them to remove it - http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/ that is, agree to forfeit it and they can remove it.
Or, buy something, and pay for the remainder of the balance with a credit card (if you still have one in Australia you can use?).

Hello, I have multiple purchases from multiple apple id's on my devices. These were all legitimately my purchases; however, depending on the company I was working for, etc. I couldn't have my personal itunes on the company computers. I used older programs, etc. to pull the songs off of my phone and into new apple id accounts, etc. Bottom line, many apple purchases under several apple ids but all made by me through accounts set up by me. However, I am thoroughly confused and do not know the names of these older accounts at this time nor do I have the ability to access the email that I used to set-up the account if I could remember the email aaddress used. Please, is there anyway to join my different apple id purchases under my main apple id that I currently use?
