Sounds like you have corrupt backup data, if this occurs from one phone to another. Try restoring the phone as a new device, without a backup. Try using for a day before installing any other apps, etc. See if that improves the battery life. Then try syncing back applications a couple at a time. Something seems to be locking in the processor which is draining the battery.
Do you live in an area where there are Apple Stores? If so, try making an appointment with the Genius Bar to have the device checked out. -

Well yes, of course your phone will have been locked in Japan because the Japanese phone companies do not offer unlocking to anyone, so you have effectively jailbroken your phone and can't get any help here.
Use Google instead. -

Then as you've tried resetting the phone, the next step is to restore it from the latest backup. If that doesn't work, restore it as new, and if that doesn't work take it to Apple.

Ocean20 answered your question, don't waste your time contacting Softbank as Chris CA suggested. There are no officially unlocked iPhones sold in Japan & none of the Japanese carriers...which include Softbank...offer official unlocking for the iPhone. There is no way to get any Japanese iPhone officially unlocked.

You will have to contact orange to get your phone unlock. ONly the carrier that the phone is locked to can unlock the phone.

Do not disturb is also accesible in settings, so you may be able to temporarily avoid the issue by allowing calls from everyone and having it only silent while locked, or perhaps secheduling might work. Other than that, restarting your device may be an option.
