Force Quit .
Press command + option + esc keys together at the same time. Wait.
When Force Quit window appears, select the Safari if not already.
Press Force Quit button at the bottom of the window. Wait.
Safari will quit.
Relaunch Safari holding the shift key down.

Update: my PC USB hub was connected to a USB 3 port, I connected the 30 pin cable directly to my PC, And the restore worked just fine. Restored phone from iCloud backup and seems to be working fine.

Reset the iPod. To do this, press and hold both the Sleep/Wake and Home buttons together long enough for the Apple logo to appear.

If it happens again and the reset (home + power buttons) doesn't work, just let the battery drain; you'll know when the screen shuts off. Charge it back up and it should be fine. Frankly, I'm surprised this worked for you. Usually I hear people with this problem say that holding both buttons doesn't work, and they have to do the battery drain.
If the issue is incurable next time, you have a one-year warranty from the date of purchase.

The FireFoz menu button disappeared with the latest update and I can't fine bookmarks!

My Firefox just updated, and suddenly unless I hold the cursor ay the top of the screen there is no toolbar, but worse, even if I hover there, annoying to be sure, the Firefox button with the drop down menu containing my bookmarks and the 'find' utility has completely vanished!

OK - I experimented and found my own way out. I hovered at the top until the toolbar appeared, then in an empty spot I right clicked and when the drop down menu appeared I clicked on cancel full screen (or something like that - it won't duplicate now!) but it stabilized the toolbar and renewed the orange Firefox button.

There is a fault with the app store, and I can't download Final Cut Pro X.

Every time i open my system pref it never works and it just shows my cursor with the busy signal. and i can't do anything with it and the only way i can exit out of system pref is by going to force quit. and there it shows system pref is not responding.

It sounds like the phone is in recovery mode, and is not recognized in iTunes when you have it plugged in.
The steps to take next will depend on what Operating system you have installed on your computer.

My iPad camera only works at the back. When I change it to front camera it freezes with shutter closed. Also photo booth keeps opening the red curtain and I can't select a feature. I have restored iPad with no success. Help!

I think you have a defective iPad. One thing you can try is to reset (reboot) your iPad. Hold both the Home and Sleep buttons for several seconds until the Apple logo appears. Ignore the "Slide to power off" arrow. The iPad will restart after a couple of minutes. Resetting this way will not hurt anything, and sometimes clears up mysterious problems.
If that doesn't help, show your iPad to an Apple Store Genius, and you should get a new iPad on the spot.
If there is no Apple Store near you, look for an Apple Authorized Repair Center. There may be one in your city. In the US, <United States>. Outside the US, <http://support.apple.com/kb/ht1434>.

Try any or all of these standard fixes.
Go to Settings>Safari>Clear History, Cookies and Data or Cache. Restart the iPad. Restart the iPad by holding down on the sleep button until the red slider appears and then slide to shut off. To power up hold the sleep button until the Apple logo appears and let go of the button.
