Log in to the Developer forum. You will find instructions on how to install the lastest beta. Your problem is the beta you have installed has expired. All of them did on October 5; you will find hundreds of threads discussing this. If you have a beta it is assumed that you will continue as a beta tester, so a simple update using iTunes will not work.
If you no longer want to be a beta tester install the GM 7.0.2 by restoring from iTunes using DFU mode.

If a phone is sold from one friend to another and wants to use it on a different carrier the friend can contact the carrier it was sold by to request it unlocked. I know AT&T, Verizon, and Sprint will give you the steps to unlock it as long as the original contract it was bought under has been completed. eBay/Craigslist is really not the best place to try to get "unlocked phones" from, if it turns out the phone isn't unlocked then I'm really sorry you got stuck with that one and as stevejobsfan said above I would report them immediately and see if you can recover your money. No there is no arrow besides any of the folders (I do not have any sub-folders); I do have a "choose..." option, but that does not work either in showing all of the folders.

What operating system are you using, and what version? You may be running into a compatibility issue between your older version of Acrobat and the OS that you're running.
Please let us know a bit more about your setup, so we can get to the bottom of this printing issue.

ok well like lllaass said, most apps require 4.3 or later iOS software. chances are since the apps worked before, the apps themselves got updated and will no longer work with your software version.

If you selected open a new Apple ID account, go back a step and enter use existing Apple ID.
You will have to set up a separate iCloud account or your iPads will mirror each other.

When I try to print coupons, I get a message that the coupon printer plugin has crashed. I've tried following the instructions for when the Adobe Flash plugin crashes, but reloading the page does not work. Just sits there for 5 minutes doing nothing.

Happens when going to print.coupons.com. I click the "learn more" button on the message that the plugin has crashed, and I get sent to the Adobe Flash plugin crash info page on Firefox. They say just to reload the page. There is a button for this. I click it and the page tries to reload for 5 minutes before freezing.

Toshiba HD worked fine with 2008 MBPro, but when I try to use with new MBAir, it says "read only" - how can I fix?

I have a Toshiba external HD that I used with my old 2008 MBPro with no issues. I just got a new MBAir, and when I try to use the same Toshiba HD it will not allow me to write to the drive. The drive mounts and I can open files from it, but when I look at the info under Sharing & Permissions it says "You can only read." I'm not able to Verify it in Disk Utility either, as when I open it there all the Verify buttons are greyed out.
I also noticed the drive format says Windows NTSF, which I don't understand since I was using it with a Mac before and have never used it with a PC. Do I have to reformat it to write to it from my MBAir? I have files on there that I don't want to lose, and the only PC I have available to me is at work.

It probably means you don't have enough available storage on your phone. It takes space to store the download - THEN unpack it. Best method is to use a computer with iTunes (This allows you to back up on your computer as well).
PLEASE: Do not purchase iCloud storage space - this will not give you more room for the iOS 7.1 installation.
