is their a option or a workaround for me to do it please.
thanks and regards

Hi Neel,
Do the following Checks first:
1. Go to the Find data tab and select the System(System alias will apeear ) you had designed form the Drop down of list of systems .If you are not able see the sytem here means you did not done the usermapping.
2.if you are able to find your system in the drop down the in the Search for service option eneter the quiery or FM or your Bapi/RFC name and the click on serach button.
if still you have problem plz contact me without any problem

How can i use this function module
Hai
How can i use this function module /SAPHT/SALES_ORDER_READ, already apply the some parameters in this function module, but it shows the error , please tell me, how to declare the parameters in this function module ,

neelimaHi
For a particular sales order,you have to pass the order number and the item number in the sales order.
It will display the rest of the values which u can capture them using internal tables.

Is it possible to debug this function module from cross apps?
Can somebody give me the steps?
Thanks & Regards
GopalHi Shree,
Can you explain it bit more?
Do I have to call the function module with "IN BACKGROUND TASK"?
Or is it that I have to just put external breakpoint in the function module?

How can I debug a Function Module used by smartforms
Hello everyone,
i have a problem with the function module /1BCDWB/SF00000040.
It's a module executed from a smartforms form. I need to debug this
function module while printing an invoice. While printing it should jump
to the place of the function module.
Would be grateful if someone could help me.
Best regards
F. HoppeThis is exactly what i have done last time.
The problem is that the breakpoint does not stay at the same place
when i activate it in the module itself.
Isn't there a transaction you can put breakpoints specific to a FM? -

How can I access RFC data in transaction? (SAP to MII rfc calling)
If I keep the incoming RFC calling by message rules with category, then using the message actions to handle, that is a solution.
But if I want process the incoming RFC data in transaction directly, how can I get these data?You will need to define an XML typed Transaction input property for processing the message synchronously. Then in the processing rule for this message you need to associate the proper transaction and map the parameter.
So essentially the transaction and input parameter mapping in your message services processing rule replaces the category setup that you already have working. -
Regarding RFC Function module in Multimapping
Hi All
I am trying to use RFC function module in Multimapping at target side.I want to call RFC Function based on some condition, if condition fails i dont want to call the Function Module. So i need to change the occurance of target RFC Message to 0...1 When
i try to change occurance in messages tab, it is displaying message that RFC Function module not found. When i change
occurance to 1..1, then it is showing RFC structure in mapping properly. I am suspecting why it is behaving like this.
Can we use RFC Function Module in Multimapping??. Please share ur experience on this.
Thanks,
BaluHi,
Can any body cofirm how below sender message will behave in Interface Determination,
<?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8"?>
<ns0:MT_FILE1 xmlns:ns0="http://ctrlanddataconceptsinglereceiver">
<Structure>
<***>male</***>
<ID>12</ID>
<Desig>cons</Desig>
<Sal>1000</Sal>
</Structure>
<Structure>
<***>female</***>
<ID>12</ID>
<Desig>cons</Desig>
<Sal>1000</Sal>
</Structure>
</ns0:MT_FILE1>
In my interface determination, i will add 2 inbound interfaces and two mappings.
For first interface i will check condition like if Structure/***=male then it has to goto one receiver agreement
For second interface i will check condition like if Structure/***=female, then it has to goto another receiver agreement.
But in my sender payload *** is male and female also. Will it execute 2 receiver agreements???.
My openion is it will go through 2 interface mappings and it will execute 2 receiver agreements.
Thanks,
Balu. -

How to create RFC function module and how to call this function module
Hi,
i want to know step for creating RFC function module and then How to use this function module from some other sap system.
Thnaks,
jigarJigar,
To implement a remote function module in ABAP, perform the following steps:
Register the module as remotely callable in the RFC server system.
In the function module Administration screen (transaction code SE37), set the field Can be called via REMOTE CALL. Registering a module as remote causes an RFC stub to be generated for it.
Write the code for the function module.
Create the destinations.....................
Displaying, Maintaining and Testing Destinations
To display, create or modify destinations, choose Tools ® Administration ® Administration ® Network ® RFC destinations or enter transaction code SM59.
Remote Destinations are stored in table RFCDES. The RFCDES table describes logical destinations for remote function calls.
It is not possible to maintain the RFCDES table directly.
You can also access logical destinations via the Implementation Guide (IMG) by choosing Tools ® AcceleratedSAP ® Customizing ® Execute Project ® SAP Reference IMG.
In the Implementation Guide, expand the following hierarchy structure:
Basis
Application Link Enabling (ALE)
Sending and Receiving Systems
Systems in Network
Define Target Systems for RFC Calls
Displaying Destinations
The initial screen for this transaction displays a tree:
Different connection types (i.e. partner systems or programs) are possible. For further information, see Types of Destinations.
To display all information for a given destination, double-click it, or place the cursor on it and press F2 .
To search for a destination, press the Find button and specify your selection. You get a list of all entries matching your selection. Place the cursor on the one you want, and press F2 or simply double-click the destination. All information for the given entry appears.
Creating Destinations
On the destinations overview screen (transaction code SM59), the connection types and all existing destinations are displayed in a tree structure.
All available connection types are explained in Types of Destinations.
To create a new RFC destination, press the Create button. A new screen is displayed with empty fields for you to fill in.
If you want to create a new destination
As you create a remote destination, you can specify a particular application server or a group of servers for a balanced distribution of system load.
For details of the destination parameters, see Entering Destination Parameters.
Changing Existing Destinations
On the destinations overview screen (transaction code SM59), the connection types and all existing destinations are displayed in a tree structure.
You can display all information for a given destination by double-clicking it or pressing F2 on it.
To change an existing destination, double-click it, or place the cursor on it and press the Change button.
For details of the destination parameters, see Entering Destination Parameters.
Testing Destinations
To test a destination, choose the appropriate function from the Test menu.
Connection (also available via the Test connection pushbutton)
Authorization (checks logon data)
Local network (provides a list of application servers)
You can use the CALL FUNCTION statement to call remote functions, just as you would call local function modules. However, you must include an additional DESTINATION clause to define where the function should run:
CALL FUNCTION RemoteFunction
DESTINATION Dest
EXPORTING
f1 =...
f2 =...
IMPORTING
f3 =...
TABLES
t1 =...
EXCEPTIONS......
The field Dest can be either a literal or a variable: its value is a logical destination (for example, "hw1071_53") known to the local SAP System. Logical destinations are defined in the RFCDES table (or the TRFCD table in R/2 Systems) via transaction sm59 or the following menu path: Tools ® Administration, Administration ® Network ® RFC destinations. You can also access logical destinations via the Implementation Guide (IMG) by choosing Tools ® Customizing ® Enterprise IMG. In the Implementation Guide, you can then choose Cross-application components ® ALE ® Communication ® Define RFC destination.
The remote function call concept, for example, allows you to access a function module in an R/2 System from an ABAP program in an R/3 System. If you want to read a customer record from your R/2 Systems database, create a remotely callable function module in the R/2 environment which retrieves customer records. Call this function from your R/3 System using a remote function call and listing the destination for the target R/2 System:

Crystal Reports 2008 can't see/access ECC function module
My team is developing our first Crystal Report directly against ECC data and are experiencing the following problem:
Our ABAP team created a custom RFC to provide the needed data, but we are unable to see a full list of available Functions and list of available tables from SAP ECC data source.
We worked with Security and temporarily ran under SAP_ALL authority but were still unable to see/ access the function module. We have the integration kit installed and can see some function modules from within Crystal, just not the ones we need. Is there some trick to creating a function module so that it is visible to Crystal?
Environment Details:
Crystal reports Version- 12.2.3.467
SAP GUI # 7200.1.2.1051
CRDB_OpenSQL.Dll # 12.2.3.467Hi Ingo. I enjoyed your BO 4 seminar and meeting you at ASUG/Sapphire. I was hoping you'd pick this up.
The connection options shows the info below. It doesn't seem to be telling us how to filter to either select or exclude SAP ECC function modules. It has options to? Are these options correct to see ECC function modules and should we be seeing other options?
Database tab (only tab in dialog)
- Show name description or both (Show description selected)
- Sort tables or fields alphabetically (sort tables selected)
- Select tables, views, system tables, synonyms, and stored procedures (all except synonyms selected)
- Table like and owner like (both blank)
Advanced Options (x = selected)
- (X) Use indexes on server
- ( ) perform grouping on server
- (X) Database Server is case sensistive
- (X) Select Distinct for Browsing
- ( ) Perform query async
- (X) Verify on first refresh
