How can I add a 3D-GRAPH in a Report in Labview 5.1?

I want to Create a form with text, Data, Header text and a 3D-Graph. I tryed to create a Report but I dont know how to inculde my 3D-Graph.

Hi,
The idea is to follow these steps:
1. Right click on the 3D graph reference and select Create->Invoke Node from pop up menu.
2. The invoke node will appear. Now right click on it and select Methods->Get Image.
3. Now you have to save this image to your harddrive. To do it you have to use for example "Functions->Picture&Sound->Graphics Format->Write JPEG File.vi". You have to connect all the outputs of Invoke node.GetImage with corresponding inputs of this VI and also you have to specify the path of the file the image to be saved.
4. Now you have a JPG file on you harddrive and you can easily add it to your report with "Functions->Report Generation->Append Image to Report.vi"
I use LV6.0 and tried to create an example for you and save it to LV
5.0. But without success.
So here is an example in LV6.

How can I add Benefit Salary to Ad Hoc Reporting?

Hello,
Our Payroll department, who uses SAP Ad Hoc Reporting, would like to make the IT0168 Benefit Salary field available for reporting. The infoset we use uses the logical database PNPCE, but there is no field for Benefit Reporting. This is most likely because it's a calculated field. Has anyone done this before? How would I go about retrieving this calculation for use in Ad Hoc Reporting. Is there a standard SAP report already out there that uses this field? Any help would be appreciated!

Try adding the field to IT0168 in your Info-set (through t-code sq02). You may require the help of an ABAP programmer for the calculation.

How can i add formula to waveform data type?

I want to interpolate my acquired data in terms of voltage to temperature. For this i need to use polynomial equation, but i am not able to directly attach formula node to the waveform data type. I want to know how can i add formula node to waveform data, and then also have it real time.

One additional thought that may be helpful. Once you get the Y component of the waveform graph you are going to attempt to wire this into a formula node. You can do one of two things with that array. Put a for loop around the formula node and index the array into and out of the for loop. This allows you to do scalar math on the data. It is also possible to index and array in a formula node. How can I make a waveform graph store the entire wave, not just the current time period and how can I save the actual graph?

I am taking temp readings with a 4 channel DAQ, sending them to a waveform graph and exporting the data to excel, how do I manipulate the graph to take a continuous reading as opposed to losing the previous GUI and how can I save the entire graph?

That is the nature of the chart -- everything not in the history is lost (it is a FIFO buffer of length=1024 samples by default).
The scroll bar is probably grayed out because you're show all of the data.
Attached is a program that will add 5 random points to a graph and prompt you for a file location where to save a JPG snapshot of the graph. It's not particularly good programming style, but it has all of the elements/concepts you're after.

Look at the example Export Waveforms to Spreadsheet File Example.vi that ships with LabView 6 or 7. For your purposes, look at the first two file operations, Write Waveforms to File.vi and Read Waveform from File.vi. You can wire the output of Read Waveform from File.vi directly to a waveform graph. For your application, you don't actually need to call Export Waveforms to Spreadsheet File.vi (unless you're planning on using Excel to manipulate the data).

I am allways using a template to make documents, that I save under different names. How can I add the (changed) filename in the footer of a saved document ?
It is important to me to print the filename on document, to find and edit it on my mac later.
In MS Word it is easy to automaticaly add filenames, path, author and other filedata to the document. I can't find how to do that automatically in Pages templates.
I saw earlyer answers to this question on this community, but they don't work as I expect, or only on earlier versions of pages..... I trust there is an easy way to do this.

That function, present in "Pages 09" (i.e. Pages 4.3) , was not included in Pages 5.0-5.1. (Nor were nearly 100 other such features, from mail merge and bookmarks to non-contiguous text selection, 2-up page viewing and the ability to set alternating left/right margins, headers & footers.Version 5.1 is also notably buggy. One work around, or partial work around, is to click the file name at the top of the window document. You can then select the filename, copy it and paste it whereever you like. As far as I can see, however, there is no way to include the path: all you get is the filename and extension.

You need to add new fields to cube in Development system and then transport it to production after testing.
Edit cube in RSA1. Add the new infoobjects from right hand directory to left hand pane and assign these new infoobjects to suitable dimensions. Save and activate the infocube. Now go to change update rules for this infocube and do proper mapping of these infoobjects.
Save & activate the update rules.
RSA1-> Transport connection-> select cube, update rules and related objects and create transport request.
After testing is done, give the transport request number to your Basis person and he will do the transports for you.

This is SAP Query report, look at infoset /SAPQUERY/ME80FN and you may copy this infoset to your own name space and then change it include your fields.
