How can I block Facebook from being used on my data plan?

One way is to uninstall the app. Another is to "disable background data" from (Android) Menu-Settings-Mobile Data-scroll down to FaceBook and tap scroll down to Restrict background Data. This will keep it from using data in the background, but NOT in the foreground. Only way I know to keep it from using data is to keep the app off the device.

The phone is your responsibility, if it's before the 1 year warranty you can get defects fixed by the Manufacturer of the phone. If you want to leave pay your termination fee, or find a carrier who claims they will do it but don't really expect it to happen either.

Verizon does not value me as a customer because they would not assist me with getting the blocks done. The services Verizon offered, "Family Base" does not block what I and many, many, many, more verizon customers need. The APP is working GREAT! In the 1st two days it blocked over 25 unwanted solicitations from India. It blocked "unknown", Private, 1234, 123456789566, 000-000-0000, and other 10 digit numbers! NOKIA has done a fabulous job with the developement of their APP. Verizon could block these calls but is not willing to do so and in the process try to sell me a product that wouldn't work.

If your device is discoverable, the other BT device would try (I am not sure if that would be successful). If it was, it would appear in your system preferences>Bluetooth.

What I need to know is "how" I can separate or rather create another Apple ID for my son-who is currently using "my Apple ID?" If there is a way to let him keep "all" his info on his phone (eg-contacts, music, app's, etc.) without doing a "reset?') Somehow I need to go into his phone's setting-create a new Apple ID and possibly a new password so he can still use our combined iCloud & Itunes account?
Also then letting me take back my Apple ID & password, but again allowing us (my son and I) to use the same iCloud & Itunes account? Does that make more sense??? Well, you managed to find this support forum didn't you and you have an internet connection don't you? Then if you have all these things, go and find the number by going to the Verizon website and it should not be hard to find the number.
As for speaking English, this is not really our problem and it is surely something that you should have thought about before buying the phone in the first place.
You also need to know that Verizon in the US is a cdma operator and if you purchased an iPhone 4s, then it should not be locked. The Verizon 4s comes with a sim card tray that should be unlocked out of the box for use internatinoally on gsm networks, so all you should need to do is open the sim card tray and insert a sim card and you should pick up the local gsm network.
A cdma phone does not actually use a sim card, so there would be no original sim card with the phone because when it is used in the US it will pick up the Verizon cdma network without a sim card. The sim card is only for use on a gsm network which will not work in the US, but is designed to work outside the US. Open the sim card tray and insert your own local sim card and the phone should work and should not be locked.
Other than this, if you purchased the phone in the first place, it is the responsibility of the previous owner to cancel the Verizon contract. This is nothing to do with you, so contact the seller and ask them.
Other wise, go to the Verizon website and look up the number and call them. As they are the phone company, ultimately, they are the only ones who can help you.
