Locking this discussion.  Please see my response at how can i get some help to cancel my single app month to month and/or upgrade to full creative cloud membership? please don't tell me to follow the guidelines because i've tried several times but the options to 'switch plan' or cancel plan' are not availa.
John T Smith please feel free to also reference this discussion.  I believe it partly explains the frustration individuals face when attempting to cancel their membership.

    if you want a Paid book account, follow the process outlined in the link supplied.
    Apple iBooks store set out these requirements and they do not deviate from them for Individuals.
    You need a new email address for a new account. You need an EIN USA tax file number if you are not a US citizen or US resident. You need to submit bank and credit card details...these can be the same as your iTunes account.
    However much you find the requirements difficult, Apple do not make exceptions.

    Yesterday Adobe opened up the program for all customers  as a special Black Friday deal...  The offer is available only for a limited time as Curt pointed out, although the low price rate for the bundle doesn't have an expiration.

    We have an Australian client here in the Philippines and would want to purchase an adobe software under Creative Cloud Licensing.
    Since this type of licensing is not yet available here in the Philippines, they are suggesting that they can purchase it in their country.
    My main concern is, will there be any conflict upon installing/activating an adobe software under Creative Cloud which will be purchased from their country?
