How can I change the currency symbol from Pounds to Euros in a spreadsheet?

Assuming davyfromGib is asking about AppleWorks rather than Pages . . .
If running AW under OS X, System Preferences settings allow you to use the euro rather than pound sign in AW's currency-formatted cells:
System Preferences > Language & Text > Formats > Currency (set to Euro)
AW respects this setting in choosing how to display currency format.
But do note that if you later change the System Preferences back to pounds, the currency-formatted cells in the AW spreadsheet will also change to pounds.

You will have to configure that with your router. Type your router's IP address in the search/domain bar and allow port forwarding.
What is requiring you to have an open NAT? That issue is usually for gaming consoles, etc.

If you mean the shuffle icon at the top of the playlist next to its name then you can't e.g.
If you want to change the order of the tracks then click on the first column (the 'number') to sort by that (if the tracks are currently sorted by track name, artist etc then you won't be able to change their order ) e.g.
And you should then be able to drag the tracks into a different order.
If they don't then play in that order on your computer's iTunes then when playing make sure that the shuffle icon in the window/box at the top of the iTunes screen isn't blue (i.e. 'on') - if it is then click on it to turn it grey and 'off' :

If so, delete all his stuff (music, etc.), have him deauthorize the computer (Store > Deauthorize This Computer), and sign out of his account (Store > Sign Out) and then sign in to yours.
If all you want to do is remove his Apple ID and not fuss with his stuff, then things get more complicated, because you do not own his stuff.

perhaps Dukeasooke is using mixed language settings like me.
I found that changing "Measurements Units" did not suffice, if the region is still set to Germany. I had to actually set the region in the Language & Text preferences to a country that uses "US" units in addition to ensuring that the "US" units were selected. Also, with Mavericks it is essential to restart the system before launching iPhoto again after changing "Language & Text" preferences, or they may not take.

I work on a PC, I use PS in Italian and English.
In order to change the language of your interface you need to install PS in the language you want to work with.
That means, you should go to the creative cloud panel, select the gear icon in the upper right corner, go to the APP preferences, choose "DUTCH" from the drop down menù , and install PS again.
After installing Ps, you launch it, go to EDIT>PREFERENCES and from the interface options you choose "DUTCH" , restart PS and the change will take effect.
