No! Apple is not law enforcement and therefore does not have personal investigating lost or stolen property other than Apple's own.
Even if they had the information data protection laws would prevent them from giving it to you or anybody else including law enforcement.

How Can I Change Apple ID in iMessage on iPhone 5S running iOS 8?

When I try to add "Use Your Apple ID for iMessage" under Messages in Settings, a pop-up box appears that says "Sign In to iMessage (Enter the Apple ID password for "[email protected]". The only place to type is in the password box. if I cancel, I go back to the Messages settings screen.If I click "OK", the pop-up returns. I can see the correct Apple ID on the screen that appears when I click on "Use Your Apple ID for iMessage", but cannot get to that because of the pop-up.
Here's what I've tried:
1. Sign out of iCloud, iMessage, FaceTime.
2. Close out of settings.
3. Turn phone off and back on.
4. Sign back in to all apps listed above.
None of these things worked. Any suggestions?

Read it again. It only deletes your PhotoStream, not your Camera Roll (the pictures that you took with your phone that are on your phone).
Transfer your photos to your computer first if you're worried.
And, actually, if you changed the primary email for your Apple ID, then the old email isn't connected to anything anymore, so it actually won't delete anything.

How can I check if I backed up my iphone

I have had to restore as new due to restrictions passcode being locked and not being able to delete any applications. The help info I received told me not to do a restore backup if I wanted to unlock the code.

Don't know how it behaves in the Windoze world as I refrain from sleeping with the Enemy as much as possible, but in the Mac world, when iTunes does a sync with an iPhone, a local backup of all the apps found on the phone is stored in the Mac. Note that there will be two different stores: one contains the apps and another contains the phone's configs and data.
In iTunes' sidebar you will find an Apps section under Library. That will lead you to a display of all the locally stored apps either extracted from the phone or downloaded explicitly thru the iTunes Store's Apps dept. Rights-to-use are derived from your AppleID's entitlements and are, AFAIK, device-independent. In other words, unless the app's provider states otherwise, that local copy can be installed on all your devices.
How do you go about getting apps from your local iTunes cache of goodies to your iGadget? In iTunes' sidebar, the gadget will show up in the Devices section when plugged in. Choose it, select the Apps tab in the main windowpane, and install/remove to your heart's content.

Don't know what you mean by "did a security copy with iTunes" but if you mean that the capacity guage in iTunes shows that Other is 6.6 GB you have something that is corrupt because it should never be that large. You will have to restore your phone to fix this. Import you photos to your computer, backup your contacts, then open iTunes, go the Summary tab of your sync settings and click Restore (you can try creating a backup at the beginning and restoring to that backup at the end but you may have to restore as new to fix this).

If you can go to https://www.icloud.com/#find - sign in and then click on your device
If who ever has your phones - tries to unlock it while connected in any manner - you will be able to see the location on the icloud site

How can i flip through pictures using gestures in iPhone 2011

In the previous version of iPhoto, I could flip through my pictures within Events using the same gesture I'd use in Safari to go back and forth. Not sure if its the Mac OS Lion update or the iPhoto update to 2011, but I can't do that anymore. Can anyone help? Thanks

What application are you using? In iPhoto you can just use the right and left arrow keys to browse photos...

How can I check email from 2 Apple IDs on my Mac?

Since recently, I can´t check my .me mail account any more on my Macbook any more.
I have 2 Apple IDs, and the main one is another email address (which I need, too). Therefore, I can´t access the .me email any more from my Mac.
Will I have to buy a Windows machine to check my Apple mail???
To be precise:
It DID work just fine for about 6 years, but recently it stopped working.
And it looks like the only way to change this in the settings, would be to lose all the settings, fotos, emails, calenders, ... from the other Apple ID - which I don´t want.
--> HOW can I check my .me email from my Macbook - WITHOUT logging off everything else???

...ok, that did not do the job either:
Whenever I did choose "other", as soon as I entered my Email address, it just switched back to my active iCloud account, not letting me continue.
Checking everything again and again, I just realized that both email addresses in question are already attached to my other Apple ID (the one I referred to as the active acct.), whereas the Apple ID in question does NOT have any Apple email address attached to it.
--> So it looks like I am actually getting all the Apple emails into one account - which is great.
--> I kind of see now why I can´t create another account there (considering that it would have to use one of the email addresses twice)
So I´m cool with Email now, I guess... thanks for your help!
But what about the notes that are attached to my secondary Apple ID?
Internet Accounts (in System prfs.) shows that I now have 2 iCloud Interent accounts. My "primary" acct., that has all the iCloud features, and another one without them - and it has "Email", and "Notes" unchecked (Contacts, Calender and the reminders are checked/activated).
Whenever I try to check the "notes" box in that account (still under System Prefs. / Internet Accounts), I am prompted for an iCloud Email to continue.
- Entering my (primary) icloud email does not work ("already taken" msg.)
- Choosing one from the drop down menu (suggestions) does not lead any further. All I get then is: "The program Notes can not be activated... please wait a moment and retry..."
- Making up a totally new one does not work either.
(same applies when I try to check the "Mail" box in order to activate Mail for that account)
Any ideas how I can go from here? Is there another way to create an iCloud Email (which apparently is needed to access my old notes)?
PS: I´m glad we found a way to communicate, the conversation with you has really helped me find the problem with my iCloud Email! It is frustrating when you feel you´re stuck and keep turning in circles...

Make sure the seller has prepared the iMac for sale according to this Apple document: What to do before selling or giving away your Mac - Apple Support. If it's not prepared that way there's a good chance that use of the App Store and other features requiring your Apple ID will be blocked.
When it's booted up it should present the setup window as if it were a new iMac.
If it's old enough that I would have come with Snow Leopard or earlier as the operating system make sure the disks that came with the iMac are included.
I would not purchase one if it hadn't been prepared that way or unless I knew and trusted the seller so that if there are problems that pop up they can unlock them.
