How can I create an action that uses "Find and replace"?

Hi there,
I'm trying to create an action that will use "Find and replace" to change certain words and phrases in my .psd-files. These are words and phrases I change a lot (I'm translating emails and website banners) and I would like to speed up that process using actions.
When I tried to create the action I got the error message "The object "in contents of all text layers" is not currently available".
Then I tried "insert menu items" and chose "Find and replace" and then did my change, but then it stopped when the FAR-window popped up. That's what I want to skip, so it just changes my words and phrases that I want.
Is this possible?

Anyway, in the Script in that other thread the function replaceText takes two Strings, so something like
function main () {
var myDocument = app.activeDocument;
replaceText ("replace this", "with this")
would be a possibility.

I have created a batch file that watches a folder for .jpgs. When a jpg is found, it runs a Photoshop droplet that resizes and exports six different sizes of the same image, then closes the image. This all works fine, however the step I am stuck on is getting Photoshop to dynamically rename the files. What I mean is when I drop in a file named something like filename.jpg, I want the images to be named according to the width of resize. Exported files should be filename-1400.jpg, filename-1200.jpg, filename-800.jpg, etc. filename2.jpg would become filename2-1400.jpg, filename2-1200.jpg, filename-800.jpg. As it is now, Photoshop names the files the same names I saved them as, while creating the actions.
I am using Photoshop CS6.

What OS and verson of AI? Along with what Myle said, in the Actions panel is a column which allows the dialogs to be turned on/off. Make sure this is unchecked at all levels of the Action.

I am trying to create a crosstab with a number of meaures in it. I have a variable called opening stock and another called closing stock. The opening stock for day 2 is the closing stock for day 1 and is a variable [LV Opening Stock] defined as =Previous([closing stock];Row). This works fine. But, the closing stock for day 2 is the opening stock plus production minus sales. So my variable has to reference the previous days closing stock.
When it is defined as =[LV Opening Stock]+[Planned Production Qty]-[Forecast Daily Qty] it validates but when I try to save it I get the following message : The formula for variable [LV Opening Stock] contains a reference to a variable with the same short name. You must use the fully-qualified variable name in the formula to remove this ambiguity. (Error: WIS 10040)
How do I solve this? What is the fully-qualified name? Is it because it's effectively referencing itself?

There are two things we use the name "Slideshow" for in Aperture: a Slideshow Album, used for making Slideshows, and the Slideshow that is made. (Imho, it is a design mistake to not call the containers used to create Slideshows, Books, etc., "Albums".)
The Slideshow will use the Album Pick from any Stack. A good way to use Aperture is to promote the Image you want to regularly use (such as, for example, a Version with adjustments) to the top of the Stack. This makes it the Stack Pick, and will be the default Album Pick. If you haven't done that, you can still change the Album Pick for any Stack in a Slideshow Album. Expand your Stack(s), select the Image in each Stack that you want to be the Album Pick (and thus shown in the Slideshow), and "Stacks➞Set Album Pick". (Note the keyboard shortcut; there is also a Toolbar icon for this.) The change is immediate. The Slideshow will always show the Album Pick (or, if there is not one, the Stack Pick) for every Stack in your Slideshow Album.

@Limnos - that doesn't work anymore. There is no NONE option. I've been at it for hours trying to set up my daughter's account. I've tried creating and verifying an appleID on the web, on her touch...everything. Unfortunately there is no option stand alone in Muse to create an online store. However if any hosting plan uses CMS feature like Business Catalyst and ecommerce using modules and tags, you can use the same proceedure as for Business Catalyst and integrate that system and host the Muse site on their platform and that would work.
There is other thing that you can try is, Insert HTML codes to link the pages and some contents in Muse to your desired CMS. What you can also do is after you create the site in Muse, you can export the Muse site and get the layout and design of your site and copy paste the codes for pages with some HTML and coding skills to integrate with your desired hosting.

Since you can access the Alpha File Manager it means the option to "Enable online content editing (incompatible with Muse)" is ticked up under your profile details. With this enabled you can create Web Forms under Site Manager. Once you create the contact form open the Alpha File Manager (AFM), select the page where you want to insert this and choose the Web Forms from the right hand column. On the pop-up window select the web form to insert and click Insert.
Regarding the upgrade, as long as the site is in trial mode you can choose any plan for the site, see my answer #7. Create a new trial site, choose the link to the new trial site created from PP and publish your site there for testing purposes so you will have ecommerce included and available for you to try out.
If things go well you can request an upgrade to your current site to have the ecommerce included (the only situation in which this upgrade won't be available is when the site is published on one of the 5 sites received with the CCM subscription, they are webBasics and cannot be upgraded: http://www.adobe.com/products/creativecloud/publish-anywhere.html under "Publish websites" section, and the option will be to create the site from partner portal and publish the content from Muse)
At this moment indeed there's little documentation on how to integrate the two but this is because Muse is just not ready to take advantage of BC capabilities. It was never intended for CMS features of BC to be available in version 1 of Muse. While the Note 4 is a reasonably large device it still falls into the phone layout bucket. We need this layout to function on very small screens some as low as 320 pixels high and 240 pixels wide. These sorts of devices don't have the space for a full toolbar.

You might also be able to reinstall Lion without a flash drive, by booting up the computer holding the Command + R keys, and choosing Reinstall OS X.

If you are a right-brained creative, and have no previous experience or propensity to be able to understand coding and database "stuff", and/or if your time can be better spent on other skills, I recommend you save your sanity and hire a developer... or at least the first time around. I have been attempting to grasp this for years... and have a library of marked up books to prove my efforts, all while trying to keep up with an ongoing client base that is always cramped. It's a wonder I still have my sanity... then again, I might not be the best person to determine that. Others might question it.
That said, I still plan to master php... one of these days.
