Hello,
My iphone 4s cannot connect to wifi.
sometimes I cannot turn wifi on(it's greyed out).
sometimes I can connect but it alternately connect and disconnect
I think this happened when I upgraded my ios to 8.1.2(I'm not sure).
when it's greyed out,Iput it in refrigerator for 20-30 minutes and it becomes ok for temporary.
my iphone is 16gb.

You can't. Apple does not provide a downgrade path for the iOS.

I didnt like the last ios because:
im experiencing slow internet, videos through youtube app lengths 2 mins loads after 15-20 minutes for example, app crashing and some apps colors are damaged right now, like the screen is all dark blue and unusual , and all of that mess was perfectly fine before this 4.2 update.
Obviously this update isnt that perfect and not as it were expected, So, asking for the downgrade steps please?

Can you restore from backup? That would be best to keep all your stuff. You can find usually several versions under restore option in iTunes. I really hope you have one of those iOS7 versions backed up to iTunes.
If you really want to start over, and I mean no contacts, photos, music, apps, anything but factory settings that aren't in the cloud or in one of the restore options. You can search ios 7.1.2 firmware and download it and install by shift click restore and choose the file you downloaded. But that is a really desperate act. But this also requires iTunes and if you've been using iTunes you probably have a backup.

There is no reason to be running beta software, I doubt it will even still run as iOS 6 has been officially released. Or were you simply trying to be funny?
Basic troubleshooting from the User's Guide is reset, restart, restore (first from backup then as new). Try each of these in order until the issue is resolved.
