How can I download iTunes 4.9

My computer is too old to download iTunes 5, so could some one please give me the place to go to download iTunes 4.9?

Maybe look for someone on eBay selling the iTunes CD that came with an iPod? My iPod Photo 40GB had iTunes 4.9 on the included CD. That was purchased at the Apple Store at the end of December 2004. You might also search google for iTunes 4.9. Someone might have it to share for free.
I have gotten so each time I do a major update/upgrade, I burn it to a cd-rw or add it to my swapable hard drive. It has really saved me!

    Go to Control Panel > Add or Remove Programs (Win XP) or Programs and Features(Later)
    Remove all of these items in the following order:
    iTunes
    Apple Software Update
    Apple Mobile Device Support (If this won't uninstall press on)
    Bonjour
    Apple Application Support
    Reboot, download iTunes, then reinstall, either using an account with administrative rights, or right-clicking the downloaded installer and selecting Run as Administrator.
    See also HT1925: Removing and Reinstalling iTunes for Windows XP or HT1923: Removing and reinstalling iTunes for Windows Vista, Windows 7, or Windows 8
    Should you get the error iTunes.exe - Entry Point Not Found after the above reinstall then copy QTMovieWin.dll from:
    C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Apple\Apple Application Support
    and paste into:
    C:\Program Files (x86)\iTunes
    The above paths would be for a 64-bit machine. Hopefully the same fix with the " (x86)" omitted would work on 32-bit systems with the same error.

    I am sorry, but the Windows OS is totally unfamiliar to me. I'm a Mac.
    I did Goggle the issue and there are a number of support articles about this error message on the Internet. It seems to be a problem in your OS but like I said, I am not Windows knowledgeable at all.
    You either have to reregister the Windows installer or reinstall it - if I am reading any of this correctly.

    No one is developing applications for iPad 1 devices that are stuck on IOS 5. A compatible IOS Apple iTunes App Store is no longer available. A synchronization via iTunes 12.0.1 to my iPad 1 basically refuses to load almost all applications because newer versions of these applications require IOS 7 and IOS 8 for installation.
    Time to get a more recent iPad that can run IOS 8 (or later).

    You cannot downlaod only part of iTunes.
    You mean you have downlaoded and installed and you can run iTunes but you can only see Music at the top left of iTunes.
    Click the little arrow at top left then Show menu.
    To view the Sidebar, View > Show Sidebar.
