I see that you purchased Acrobat Pro back in January 2013 (order number C0122903414). If you log on to www.adobe.com with your Adobe ID and password, you should be able to download Acrobat from your account. Click My Plans & Products, and you should see Acrobat listed there.

How can I download Adobe Acrobat Standard XI?

I purchased a Fujitsu scanner that came with a CD of Acrobat Standard XI with a Full Serial Number; however, the laptop I have does not have an optical drive. How can I download Adobe Acrobat Standard XI for use on my laptop?
I can only find trials of Pro and nothing indicating that Standard is able to be downloaded...please help

An unsatisfactory product from a company now difficult to contact by email that hides behind an unhelpful 'Help' desk in India staffed by non-proficient English speakers incapable of providing any answers not on their crib sheets.
I am directed here to get a user to do Adobe's work.
What follows indicates Adoobe sens emails from non.valid addresses.

Which version of Design Standard are you asking about? I don't think any Creative Suite packages existed in 1993. I think the first CS came out in 2003.

I was told that I would not have to download my Adobe x1 pro. Why are you continuously encourage me to purchase other products when I have not been able to communicate with you by reply email? You adobe, so far will not download and email many of my picture document. At this point, I wish I could cancel my subscription. You see my friend, I have an 80% hearing loss in both ears which makes telephone conversations almost impossible. Please do not try to sell me any more of your products.
