Hi. I have a Macbook Pro, Mac OS X, version 10.6.8; I am getting error messages about updating my browser. I checked the apple store to see if I could download a new version of Safari, but could not. How can I get an updated safari browser at this time without downloading the new OS X Yosemite. I know I might need to download the Yosemite, but would prefer to wait untill all the glitches are fixed. I have learned that the Yosemite may cause wifi failure and e-mail connection problems. Since I am not a computer expert, I don't need the headaches trying to figure out how what is wrong and how to fix a bug, so I would prefer to wait untill apple has totally fixed all the glitches that the Yosemite has. In the meanwhile, I just need to know how to go about updating a newer version of safari. I thing I have a 5.0

Safari 5.1.10 is the newest version for Snow Leopard, and all available Mac OS X upgrades other than Yosemite require a purchase. You may want to switch to another browser, such as Firefox, temporarily.

The D7100 requires camera raw 7.4 which is not compatible with Photoshop Elements 10.
Your two main options are
1) Buy a newer version of Photoshop Elements
2) Use the Adobe DNG converter to convert the NEF files to DNG files which can then be used by Photoshop Elements 10.

Delete app and download app with your new Apple ID.

How to locate previously downloaded updates downloaded with Application Manager?

Hi, I downloaded a load of updates using the Application Manager earlier and the installation process on all of the updates was interupted by an error.
I notice that a few GB of space is now 'missing' from my HD and I can only assume that the dowloaded files are sitting somewhere in my system.
Does anyone know how to locate the downloaded updates so I can delete them/install them manually? I'm not too fussed about the error or why it occured, I'm just concerned about my disk space as I don't have the biggest hard drive in my MacBook.

Consider buying an external drive. They're very cheap these days. It's not worth your time to be fussing about a few megabytes of files.
With that said, if you open the Application Manager again by choosing Help > [Adobe application] Help , it will probably continue the installation that was interrupted.

I don't know how I could have made my question any more clear -- so let me try approaching it the other way around, and refer back to your answer(s).
You've been responding by saying that it's okay for me to remove the Creative Cloud versions of my software, but I don't have any Creative Cloud versions installed! I'm not talking about that at all, I'm talking about the software for Creative Cloud itself -- I don't use it, I don't need it, I don't want it, and all it does is nag me, telling me that there's updates for it (Creative Cloud). I have the full Adobe Creative Suite 6 Design Standard bought and paid for, I have no reason nor need to "rent" any later versions, I'm just talking about the Creative Cloud software itself that got installed on my system when I installed that suite of programs.
Like I said, I don't use Creative Cloud at all -- all it does is "nag" me, and eat up space on my hard drive. When I go in my Windows Control Panel and look at my list of installed programs, there it is -- "Adobe Creative Suite" -- and it's listed separately from "Adobe Creative Suite 6 Design Standard" (of which I've only installed Photoshop, Acrobat and InDesign, basically, as those are the only programs I use at all at the moment). Can I just uninstall "Adobe Creative Suite" without it affecting "Adobe Creative Suite 6 Design Standard", i.e. my Photoshop, etc. will still work just fine, and I can still get updates and stuff? And by "updates" I don't mean get later versions of Photoshop, etc., I just mean any possible updates to the software that I do already have (that comes with Adobe Creative Suite 6 Design Standard).

No. Iphone stores nothing to SIM. You should be syncing contacts to your computer.
