How can I edit my EXIF Date info without changing Time info?

I recently went on a shoot with three cameras, one of which was set at the wrong date (sometime in 2012). I now want to correct all the date stamps on the photos taken by the camera with the bad date settings but am finding this next to impossible to do quickly - I have 416 incorrectly dated photos.
In iPhoto '06 you could go to Photos - Batch Change and a dialogue would pop up with separate Date and Time boxes; I am using iPhoto '08 which has merged these two fields into one, meaning I now lose the correct Time of Day EXIF metadata for each photo I try to change the incorrect Date EXIF metadata on.
I have googled for a separate app to do this, but none do this - they all seem to change everything in one go.
How can I fix my problem and change only the Date info while keeping the existing Time info in a Batch process?

Like I say it's a while since I used 08, but I can certainly roll back 365 or even 400 days on iPhoto 11, without changing the time using the adjust date and time command.
Aperture uses exactly the same mechanism.
It's even longer since I used iPhoto 6.
I did a quick google search and found this:

This shows exactly the same process as iPhoto 09, 11 and Aperture, and exactly what I can use to time shift a group of photographs.
I don't think that the 08 apps were "dumbed down" at all. If I recall correctly, iPhoto gained lossless editing at that point - a very significant enhancement, and no, I don't think there was any effort to push people to change to more expensive products. IIRC every version of iPhoto since then has been less expensive. Apple did do a major rewrite of iMovie at the point, but left iMovie6 available for free as a download for two years. iMovie 11, though a very different interface, has long since overtaken iMovie 6 in capability.

We have many applications that have been developed that do not use DNS but rather static IP addresses to communicate. Moving the VMs that these applications run on to a different subnet would be a huge project. I’m looking for a service that will allow me to move VMs between sites without the need of changing their IP addresses. I’m also looking to do this without spending very much. Cisco OTV and layer 2 circuits with various ISPs will do what I need, but they can be expensive and will add complexity. I’ve also read about Aryaka and Pertino but I’m not sure if they’ll do what I want.
Is there another option that I’m missing?

How can I edit the actual album information. I recently loaded CD of duets, the artist name is correct, but doesn't show up on my artist listwithnstead its shown as a compilation by various artists. When I use "Get Info" the artist name is right on all the tracks but doesn't show the correct name on the actual album column. Anybody know how to fix this?

How can i get the pulish data for Price change?

From the rpm-1205-og.pdf document, the RegularPriceChangePublishBatch Batch can formats and stages output of regular price change price events.
but I can't get data from rpm_price_publish_stage table after I run the batch.

How can I sort pictures by date and than by time stamp ?

The approx. 2.000 pictures was taken by two cameras.
Both cameras intern date and time where adjusted before the for session.
It seems that Aperture 3.3.1 can´t manage it, can it?
In the browser there is only one common field for date and time.
I shoot the picture with two Canon 5D Mark II and Mark-III in JPG and RAW mode.
The file name only is totally confusing for sorting.
Like IMG_0008, _MG_0022 for Mark-II
and
_L2A8410 for Mark-III.

I am not sure, which sort order you want to achieve? If you sort by the date field, the images will be sorted chronologically, ascending or descending, according to date and time - isn't what what you want?
Can it be that you have a time zone problem? Compare the dates on the images that should be sorted side by side.
Unless you specify "Camera Time" and "Actual Time" on import, Aperture will assume that the camera time has been your current system time.

And unfortunately, both your cameras are exactly the two cameras that I know, where the time zone correction in Aperture is buggy and does not have much effect. I cannot find the discussion again right now, but look for a thread by Frank Caggiano on time zone correction.

Mail systems I am moving from display the date & time with the messages. I need this displayed to determine aging and importance of received mail. When archiving/saving old mail it helps filing mail off and not duplicate archived messages.

Thunderbird displays time and date for all messages except for the present day messages. The time only is displayed for today and the date is appended at midnight.

After downloading some free icons, I used the drag and drop method to bring the icon of my choosing onto a blank canvas that is 313x188 pixels. The image is larger than I need it to be, so I need to make the image smaller while keeping the canvas size at 313x188 pixels. I've tried several things after googling it, but have not had any luck. ctrl/cmd-T will bring up transform. Then just drag the handles to size it - hold the shift key to constrain the aspect ratio.

In SQL Server 2012 or onwards, use the FORMAT() function to convert datetime values to date format when executing query from Invoke-SqlCmd. In earlier versions such as SQL Server 2008 R2, use the traditional CONVERT() function to format datetime values to
different date formats(yyyy.mm.dd, mm/dd/yyyy, etc) when executing query from Invoke-SqlCmd. Then pipe the output of SQL query result into CSV file by specifying export-csv parameter. An example is as follows.
Create a table named “Test_invokesqlcmd” that contains Date type columns in SQL Server.
