How can I end this annoying problem of YouTube not loading?
Hello y'all!
Relatively new to the Mac world here, so go easy on me! How can I end once and for all, this problem with YouTube not loading in Safari and not being able to watch embeded videos? I've read various "fixes" and have tried them all, and nothing seems to work. Help!! Thanks!

the isolation level of my date store is read-committed ,and the sys.ODBC.INI file is also set Isolation=1(readcommitted mode)
so ,I still wonder how the error ORA-08177!

thank you.I suspect this is failing on an UPDATE to the tt_03_reppeers table on Oracle. I would guess the TT repagent has to temporarily use serializable isolation when updating this table. Do you have any other datastores with AWT cachegroups propagating into the same Oracle database? Or can you identify if some other process is preventing the repagent from using serializable isolation? If you google ORA-08177 there seem to be ways out there to narrow down what's causing the contention.

How can I overcome this frustrating problem? I've tried adding a background file and removing as suggested elsewhere but to no avail.

Honestly, I have no idea. This has been an on again/off again problem for some people going back to the original version. DVD and Blu Ray haven't been much of a priority for Apple for a very long time.

I am unable to end a call and have tried everything to disconnect it. Has been running for over 9 hrs. I seem to be caught in a loop.
How can I end this call?hold down the power botton on the top of the phone. Then slide to power off. wait to the count of 10 then hold down the power button again till the apple logo comes on.

Tks,That is discouraging. However I do notice that if I view my podcasts in My Podcasts mode they are grouped and sorted better than in Unplayed mode and the ones in the cloud are not shown. However although I prefer the one window view of List mode to the two windows My Podcast mode, My Podcast mode does at least indicate how many unplayed episodes I have from each podcast. This would almost be acceptable except that partially listened to podcasts, while still there, can only be identified by highlighting the podcast title on the lefthand sidebar, (although the number of completely unplayed episodes are listed on the left hand sidebar). As someone who often listens to a podcast over two or more days I fear I could forget which ones I have only partially listened to and would have to go down the entire left hand sidebar list highlighting each podcast to remind myself. I really find the List mode the most informative and easiest way to view my podcasts and really wish Apple had not messed with it

This can occur because libmxl2.dll is not in your C:\Program Files\Common Files\Apple\Mobile Device Support folder.
There have been some issues with this and other dlls not being in the right place (or not being everywhere they should be) since the 10.3.1.55 iTunes update.
However, I note that the 10.4 iTunes update is now out - surprisingly quickly - so try installing that, rebooting, and see if your issue is solved.
If it isn't, though, here's the manual fix:-
With Windows Explorer, navigate to your C:\Program Files\Common Files\Apple\Apple Application Support folder.
Copy the libmxl2.dll that you should find there, navigate to the nearby Mobile Device Support folder, and Paste it in there also.
Reboot and see if all is well.
I actually had the issue with SQLite3.dll, and the above fix worked for me (I found it in an April 2010 posting!).
I passed on the fix as above for the similar issue with libmxl2.dll to someone who had exactly your problem, and he reported that it fixed it for him. -

Well, you use the different accounts such Phone Numbers, email addresses. And make sure that your iPhones have no receipient address in common, then you can avoid this issue.
I use iMessage on my iPhone, iPad, MacBook Pro, iPod touch.
Each of them has a individual address to receive messages, so they won't combine all the messages among all the devices.

I have been trying to download iOS 6.1 on my ipad. After its been downloading for about 4 hours, I receive a message that there is an error and cannot download. How can I delete this download from my settings? I tried downloading other apps, but it will not let me unless I download iOS 6.1

If you have an iPad 1, the max iOS is 5.1.1. For newer iPads, the current iOS is 6.1. The Settings>General>Software Update only appears if you have iOS 5.0 or higher currently installed.

If you are currently running an iOS lower than 5.0, connect the iPad to the computer, open iTunes. Then select the iPad under the Devices heading on the left, click on the Summary tab and then click on Check for Update.

I am using a Iphone 5c device on software update IOS 7.1.2. I want to delete some personal videos and photos of my family and friends and myself. I am worried that if i delete them they may still be on my itunes account or icloud account. I do not want them on any of my accounts or files anywhere, I would like them gone off of everything. Thanks in advance.The answer is not simple. First, are these images in the Camera Roll or the Photos app? Next, do you have Photo Stream enabled? Also, do you back up your phone to your computer or to iCloud, or to both?
If you have Photo Stream enabled then the images have already been distributed to anyone who is subscribed. Nothing that I can think of that you can do about that. The rest of this post assumes that Photo Stream was never turned on.
If the images are in your Camera Roll you can delete them from the Camera app. The won't go anywhere, however, they will still be in your backups.
If you back up to your computer using iTunes you can go to iTunes Preferences, Devices tab, and delete your backups. After deleting all of them, and also after you have deleted the images from the Camera Roll, do a new backup.
After deleting the backups do a Secure Delete of deleted files on your computer. On a Mac you can do this with Disk Utility; have it erase deleted files. On Windows you need to get a 3rd party "shredder" app.
If you back up to iCloud on the phone go to Settings/iCloud - Storage & backup - Manage Storage. Tap on each backup and delete it.
If you have photos in the Photos app that are NOT in the Camera Roll album you need to connect your phone to iTunes, click on the Photos tab, uncheck all of them that you don't want (or uncheck Sync Photos if you want all of them gone), then sync.
Then repeat all of the steps above.
