Was the content in question acquired with a different Apple ID? If so, you must be signed in with the Apple ID the content was acquired with.

The password is good for 15 minutes to make purchases. You should receive a receipt in 24 to 48 hours for the purchases. There is a link to Report an issue. You could use that to start a conversation with iTunes Support about a refund.
Apple considers all sales final. But has been known to offer a one time refund. So the question is, do you want to use your one time refund on this purchase or one more expensive in the future?

When trying to create a BIS account, I received the error message that my device was already registered with a different service provider and that I would have to reregister it. The problem is that I bought it new from cordlessphoneworld.co.uk and it was supposedly "completely refurbished".
My Pearl 8100 is a BT phone, however BT confirmed to me that it was not registered with their network. The seller, cordlessphoneworld.co.uk, told me to contact BlackBerry support, and BB support told me to talk to my service provider (O2 UK) who has already told me I would have to get in touch with the previous service provider.
How can I get my BB released from its current BIS registration, or at least find out who it is registered with, in order to finally enjoy its full functionality and not just the regular phone stuff?

Theres a high chance it was set up with the original carrier that is was sold with.
To find this out you need to get the vendor id of the device.
Do this by holding down (all at the same time ) the ALT+CAP+H button..
Or
Whilst pressing down ALT, select E Then S then C then R
You should see a little page pop up with random info.
What you are looking for is the vendor ID. a three digit number.
Then I will post a list of all the vendors IDS at the end of this message as i can't remember the link..
Anyhow, find the carrier from the list and call them asking them to release the PIN..
IF... the prev user didn't register it with that carrier (which would mean you phone has possibly been used twice before) then you can call your current Carrier and ask them to escalate the call to RIM who will be able to tell...

HT1386 How can I sync ring tones previously purchases

I purchase a new i phone 4. But I can not transfer 2 ring tones previously purchased. They are not listed under tones. The only way I see them is when I enter my acct info and look at all my purchases.

Resolution
To resolve the issue:
Make sure that "Sync ringtones" is selected in the Ringtones tab for your iOS device in iTunes.
Sync your device and allow the sync to complete.
If still unresolved, deselect "Sync ringtones" and click Apply.
After the sync finishes, select "Sync ringtones" again and click Apply.
If not
Check to be sure they are really ringtones and not just music files that can be converted to ringtones. To check, right-click on the files in iTunes, select Get Info, on the Summary tab they must say Kind: Ringtone. Hi I need help in contacting customer support to get full information about my purchases on Apple store through Visa card. All I purchased was a 20$ in game purchase for my little brother , however several days later I found out that more than 70$ were withdrawn from the debut card... And after checking the bank I was notified that all purchases were through Apple Store...and i'm 100% sure that only 20$ were used by me from this card and did not purchase any other item.

What do you mean by duty? If it is excise duty, you can find it in Excise Invoice Header table. Table name is J_1IEXCHDR. Link billing and excise invoice header table with join condition VBRK-VBELN = J_1IEXCHDR-RDOC. Fields EXBED, ECS & EXADDTAX1 are Basic Excise Duty, Education Cess and Secondary & Higher Education Cess respectively. You will get the duty values at document level.

I can't find music I previously purchased after updating my ipod touch

I transferred my ipod touch contents to Itunes, then I updated to 5.0, after which I can no longer find all of the songs that I had purchased. Is there a way to reaccess them? When I try to download them off of Itunes Store, it recognizes that I have already purchased the songs, and I also have receipts for them. Any advice would be appreciated!! Thanks!!

Oh, I've also updated my OS several times. I know there are some ways, but if you have updated you can't do those tricks anymore.

I just did a Get Info on my user home folder (the home folder in Users on the hard drive). The creation date for that folder is shown as March 19 2011, which is dead on - that's when I first booted the Mac and created the account.
That folder was initially created in OS X 10.6.3, which was updated to OS X 10.6.8, then cloned, then updated to 10.7, cloned again, updated to 10.7.1, cloned again, and finally updated to 10.7.2. Yet the folder has retained its original creation date (which is to be expected).
Unless you have wiped accounts along the way, or done a total re-install of the OS at some time, the creation date for that user folder should get you very close. Factoring in the shipping time should get you to the actual purchase date.
In my case I still have the original shipping box; the FedEx label shows a shipping date of Mar 15 2011, which agrees with my recollection of shipping transit time.
