i have a A.M.D. 8 core at 3.4 gig with 16 gig ram 4 tara hd 4gig vid and i would love to have mac os running on it. is thare a way to get a custom os? From apple I don't whount a hakentosh

There is a big difference between seeing a short demonstration or YouTube video of what appears to be OS X running on non-Apple hardware, and something actually functional. The actual result is frequent crashes and incompatibilities too numerous to mention. They don't talk about that.

To get rid of it, just force quit the browser. If you installled it, or its installer ran:
First, restart in Safe Boot by holding the Shift key down at the chime. Or, alternatively, open Activity Monitor in Utilities, set to Active Processes, find the program and force quit it. This will keep it from running, so you can remove it.
    1.    Drag the MacSecurity program -- or whatever it's called, MAC Defender, MacProtector (installed in the Applications folder by default) to the Trash. Empty the Trash.
    2.    Remove item of same name from the Login Items for your Account in the OS X System Preferences (if it exists).
    3.    Go to your Home folder Library>Preferences and Application Support (may not be one there) and search for any files with one of the above names and trash them. Empty the trash.
    4.    If you use Safari, go to Preferences>General and UNCHECK "Open "safe" files after downloading. Keep that unchecked.
If you paid for it, they have your credit card #. Call your credit card and dispute the charges. Also, cancel the card ASAP.
As a precaution, change your password.

What Mac do you have, only early 2011 or later (mid 2011 for some) supports mirror, even with Mountain Lion. If you mac is older it won't work. You can get an app such as airparrot to to it for about 10 bucks.
If you mac is a 2011 or later, when you are on the same network as your apple tv, home sharing on and all set up the mirror icon should be next to the clock and be good to use.

Where is the backup of the media and other important files from the computer? Ultimately, it is the users responsibility to ensure that backups exists. Waiting until there is a problem to decide to do a backup is not smart. Would you wait until a fire started in your home to call the insurance company and inquire about homeowners/renters insurance????
In the event that no backup exists (stop being lazy.... keep backups of YOUR data and other important files):
If you are in the US and running iTunes 10.3 or later, it is possible to redownload music via iCloud from purchased history.
If you are not in the US or for some reason cannot run iTunes 10.3 or later, contact iTunes customer support and ask very nicely for the opportunity to redownload the content. They are not required to provide this opportunity.
It is also possible to transfer content from an iDevice that was purchased via iTunes. On the new computer, sign into the iTunes account, authorize the computer, connect the device then select File > Transfer Purchases.
The simplest method of all is to transfer or copy the media (and other important files) from the old computer or the backup of the old computer. Typing "move itunes library" into the search bar here or into google will reveal step by step instructions on how to do this.

Since that password is tied to his Apple ID, you will need to contact Apple; as far as I know, it will be a somewhat lengthy procedure and you will need to furnish necessary paperwork (including a death certificate as far as I know). Best to either stop at an Apple store or call them to find out exactly what it is you need to do.

Use your backup copy to put everything back.

If streaming music when connected to your carrier's cellular network, it uses cellular data.
Only the music you purchased from the iTunes Store can be streamed unless you have purchased iTunes Match.
If there is a slow down at the server where the music is stored or high traffic, steaming can be paused. You can also download a song from the iTunes Store cloud to your iPhone so it doesn't need to be steamed.
