How can I get direct support for Photoshop Touch?

Hi,
does anyone know what's the best way to get direct support for PS Touch? I searched but didn't find anything...
It's great to have a good community, but I think it shouldn't replace direct support.
I still have a problem with loading pictures which makes PS touch more or less useless for me.

Try to restore from another known-good computer and network.

The Adobe auto updater is highly unreliable.
You need to look for and download the update yourself and then manually apply it as per the detailed instructions on the download page:

My kids downloaded an extension of an app, made for kids, that cost $100. They thought it was free, until I got the bill. How can I get a refund for this and remove the app? How can I get heap dump for 1.4.2_11 when OutOfMemory Occured, since it has no options like: -XX:+HeapDumpOnOutOfMemoryError and -XX:+HeapDumpOnCtrlBreak
We are running Webloic 8.1 SP3 applications using this Sun 1.4.2_11 JVM and it's throwing out OutOfMemory, but we can not find a heap dump. The application is running as a service in Windows Server 2003. How can I do some more analysis on this issue.

The HeapDumpOnOutOfMemoryError option was added to 1.4.2 in update 12. Further work to support all collectors was done in update 15.

LightRoom 4 supports ACR (Adobe Camera Raw) 7. Once processed with Lightroom, if you still need, you could take the photo in JPG or TIFF format into Photoshop CS5 for further processing.
Another option is to use Canon Raw Codec that would've come with your camera's box to process the RAW images and then take them into Photoshop.

Problem is that my pdf files look terrible although I have MacBook Pro (Retina, 15-inch, Mid 2014). I have Adobe Creative Suite Design Standard version 6.0 (Mac). I have installed every possible update. I think problem is that for some reason my CS doesn´t support retina display? If I view a pdf file in iMessage, it looks fantastic. But if I open the same document in Adode Acrobat Pro, it looks awful. What can I do?
