How can I get my e-mail to update between phone and iCloud

Thanks to help of randers4 I was able to get iCloud installed on my computer with Vista operating system. Now my dilema is that everything there is updating, except for my e-mail. I created an iCloud e-mail account, but don't plan on using it. I want to use my established e-mail address, not the iCloud e-mail. Also I noticed when I was setting up iCloud on the computer , when the iCloud screen showimg Mail, Contacts, etc. it showed Internet Explorer. We have Firefox, does that make a difference.
Also, I had downloaded ringtones from ITunes on my iPhone 4 which my husband now has. Is there a way for me to get those same ringtones on my iPhone 5c without repurchasing them?

Just add your account to the email client on your PC as you would any other email account. To add the account on your iOS devices (iPhone), go to Settings>Mail,Contacts,Calendars>Add Account, choose your provider and provide your account details.
You can't redownload purchased ringtones from iCloud for free but you can sync them to your 5c using iTunes. To do so, connect your iPhone 4 to your computer, open iTunes and go to File>Devices>Transfer Purchases. Then go to the Tones folder of your iTunes library and confirm that the ringtones appear there. (If you don't see the Tones folder, go to Edit>Preferences>General and make sure Tones is checked in the Show options.)
Then connect your 5c to your computer, open iTunes, click on the name of your phone in iTunes, go to the Tones folder of your iTunes sync settings, then check Sync Tones and click Apply at the bottom to sync your phone.

First thing I think would be to do a search for the folder in case it's somehow got moved.
Failing that, you can retrieve the folder from your original installer disc using Pacifist.
Insert the disc (don't boot from it) and open the installer package with Pacifist. Navigate to the Desktop Pictures folder (might be a bit more fiddly to find in the package structure). When you find it, select the folder, right-click (or ctrl-click) and select 'install in default location' from the context menu.
Exit Pacifist and eject the disc.

If it was ever backed up in iTunes on the PC then do this:
Start iTunes
Click on Edit, Preferences, Devices and hover the mouse over your device name. It will show serial number and IMEI.

You can restore the phone and when prompted to restore choose from icloud account. BUT MAKE SURE there is 1.) an icloud backup for your phone. 2.) you are using the same apple id.

Your sidekick may be relaying through a different server. If its on AT&T, it could be using cwmx.com for outgoing. However, cwmx.com only works for AT&T/Cingular EDGE customers. When on Wi-fi it won't allow you to send through it.

If you configured your outgoing server to use the email providers authenticating SMTP server information on a port different from port 25, you will be able to use it on most networks. Some wireless networks filter a wider range of ports, such as some work places.

You can open your second profile which is no ability of receiving new mail and export all of messages/contacts/calendar item to a PST file and save it somewhere.
Then open the first profile, import the privious PST file into this profile to solve the problem.
Using .pst files in Microsoft Outlook is good way to transfer the data, here is some information how to manage the PST file for your reference.

With an IMAP account along with storing the account's junk mailbox on the server with the email client used on your computer for accessing the account.
All server stored mailboxes with an IMAP account will be available automatically when accessing the account with the iPad's Mail app along with all server stored mailboxes kept synchronized with the server with each email client used to access the account. You will also be able to transfer a legit message from the account's junk mailbox to the account's Inbox mailbox.
None of this is possible with a POP account.

Yes, that's correct, it won't affect your account or your devices in any way.
Use the delete account button in the iCloud settings.
Then enter her iCloud details in the new screen that appears and log in. She should then be returned to the screen above but with her Apple ID at the top, enable the services she wishes to use and then tap the storage & backup option and ensure that iCloud backup is turned on.
