How can I get my iPhone 4S to see and play to my Airport Express

Currently iTunes on my macbook pro can see and use my Airport Express 802.11g however my phone cannot use it. Is there a simple answer?
The airport utility app on the phone sees the Airport Express and the Airport extreme 802.11n 1st gen and indicates they are connected. However the Exrpress does not have a green light next to it. The Airport utility on my macbook pro at first said it was no longer supported, after I typed in its Ethernet address i get a message saying this airport used to be part of your network check that it is in range of your network and is plugged in...
My Airport extreme base station 2004 - 2007 stopped being supported by Apple or recognized by Airport utility. Airport utility 5.6 was the last to be able to see my older airport base station and the Airport express. Airport utility 5.6 no longer works with OS 10.9.1.
So is there a way to configure at least the Airport express with the Extreme based network?
Or should I just drop them at an apple store as garbage?

Either you have orientation lock on, or the app doesn't support rotation.
If you are using iOS 7, check for Orientation Lock in your Control Center.
If you are using iOS 6, check for Orientation Lock in your multi-task bar, over to the left side.

Just cloud the sync once, activate the comp to your apple I'd in iTunes, ensure all software is up to date, turn on home sharing between the devices and you can reinstall the apps from the apple id purchase history via download.
You basically cleaned out the canonical data apple uses to validate all that, which was backup data. Like iOS devices have the purchased option on the App Store now, syncing the devices via the home sharing and properly activating them will give your comp the purchased cloud and free up 10gs of space on the precious solid states smaller drives.

How can I get missing contacts, notes, calendar dates and reminders that are just on my old iphone onto the iCloud for transfer to my new iPhone upgrade? Half of my contacts, notes, ect. were on my iCloud so have happily moved to my new iPhone but the rest are completely resistant. For example, on my iCloud I have 14 missing contacts starting with the letter A alone, however they are happily viewable on my old iPhone 4S and won't budge over into the iCloud.
There are also 3 notes missing yet still acessible on my onld iPhone 4S, the list goes on.
Your help would be most appreciated. Thank you so much.

It sounds like you to 5 separate videos. If you start recording, then stop it, then start it again, you will have 2 videos. Not 1. As for splicing them together, you will need a video editing package for your PC. I don't know if Windows Movie Maker (or whatever they're calling it now) can handle this or not. On a Mac, I'd say just use iMovie.

You will need to connect your iPad to your computer's iTunes and do File > Devices > Transfer Purchases to copy them over to your computer (that will copy PDFs and epubs that are in the iBooks app, not just actual ibooks), and you can then sync them to your iPhone. Or you might be able to open each PDF in iBooks on your iPad and use the share icon to email them to yourself and then use 'open in' in the Mail app on your iPhone to copy them to its iBooks app (if the PDF is protected then you may not get the email option via the share icon).
The Settings > iBooks > Sync Collections setting doesn't copy items between devices, it just means that it a bookor PDF is on both devices and you move it into a collection on one device then it will be moved into the same collection on the other device

FB App installed both devices from Settings//Facebook/Install App using IOS FB Integration with my username/password.
Troubleshooting Done to this point -
Uninstalled FB on iPhone and reinstalled again using the FB in Settings/Facebook/Install App. Entered my username/password in Settings/Facebook.
Turned Wi-Fi off and posted using Cellular connection (says via mobile).
Turned Cellular off and posted connected to Wi-Fi (says via mobile)
Set iPad 3 back to factory default.
Reinstalled everything fresh (did not use iCloud backup).
Installed FB app from Settings/Facebook/Install App. and entered username/password in Settings/Facebook.
Turned Wi-Fi off and posted using 4G cellular connection. (says via mobile)
