How can I get Windows Internet explorer on my MacBook air?

I have several websites that I need to use for my new job that have not been tested for Mac. I don't want to have to buy a PC laptop, so I was wondering if there is a tried and true way to get windows Internet explorer on my MacBook air.

Or install Parallels 7 and then you can run IE just like any other app from within OS X itself. That costs around $50 plus the Windows license though.
Personally I have created an IE9 RDP (remote) App on my terminal server at work and just run that. Looks like it is running on my Mac natively.

How can i get windows drivers for the 2013 MacBook Pro Retina?

Hi there,
today I have installed on my late 2013 MBP retina via the Boot Camp Windows 8.1. The installation was smoothly but some drivers are not present including the wifi driver.
Through online research, I found out that in the current version of Boot Camp no drivers for the 2013 model are listed. Do you have one probably have an idea how to get it to run anyway?

How can I get rid of 'Vidx' adverts on MacBook Air?

Vidx has been everywhere in literally any page whenever I use safari. They popped out annoying ads and direct me to their own webpage when I clicked some other safe links. My internet has been slowed down because of Vidx. I couldn't find any solutions. Does anyone have the same problem? Does anyone have any solutions that helps? Many thanks! 

You installed the "VidX" trojan, perhaps under a different name. To remove it, first open the Applications folder by selecting
Go ▹ Applications
from the Finder menu bar, or by pressing the key combination shift-command-A. Look for an item named "VidX," "MacVx," or similar. If present, drag it to the Trash and empty.
From the Safari menu bar, select
Safari ▹ Preferences... ▹ Extensions
Uninstall any extension you don't know you need. If in doubt, remove all of them. You may well have more than one that's adware or spyware.

You can't. But if you backed up your computer prior to wiping it out, you should be able to restore your iTunes library, contacts, photos, etc. from that backup. Once you do, you can set the phone up again and just sync everything from your library back to it.
If you didn't back the computer up either, you can transfer items purchased on the phone into iTunes, and if you set up at least one contact in whatever application you sync your contacts to on the computer, it will offer to merge the address books on the first sync, saving those. Any media you'd acquired from sources other than the iTunes store will have to be re-downloaded from the source or re-ripped.

You can get a CD from every computer shop. Just buy a copy and version that you want and thats all. Insert the CD and then you can upgrade your notebook.

Maybe because it's not a 'genuine' retail version? Many OEM versions just don't work - and I've no idea which flavor of Win7 your friend downloaded. Obviously one that Boot Camp doesn't recognize. Best to just pony up the cash for a full retail version, of some flavor - and use it. You COULD, of course, download the 14-day trial version of Parallels Desktop and see if you can install Win7 as a virtual machine... it might or might not work. Boot Camp just isn't finding the resources it needs on the copy you have - try Parallels and if that doesn't work just purchase a retail (or student discounted) version.

Slow, intermittent. Sometimes bootable sometime not. Odd behavior.
Sounds to me like a classic case of your HD failing.
Your SMART status may still show verified, with no errors on the Apple Hardware Test, Disk Utility shows no problems on Disk Repair- this is of no help.
I trust you have a good back-up and a bootable clone.
