when i open Firefox, the size of the letters is small and i can't see well. i zoom in a certain size, but when i open a new site the letters return to their previous size.. how can i preserve a certain size off letters without having to do the same thing (zoom in ) every time i open a new site? the analysis at my laptop is 1920*1080..

iDVD does not care about file sizes, as it compresses the file to the standard DVD format of mpeg2.
It only cares about length i.e. max 2 hours including titles etc.

Poor metadata needs to be corrected if the album is to display properly in iTunes. iTunes sees an "album" as any collection of tracks with the same Album title and the same Album Artist (or Artist if Album Artist isn't set). Each track of the album should have distinct Track V of W and Disc X of Y vaules. W,X,Y are optional, but X may be needed for multi disc albums.

But then again, Apple has its own basis. iOS is what's selling like pancakes not Macs, so if the gazillions out there are using iOS device and have gotten used to the calendar in their iOS devices. Wouldn't you think it made sense if Lion has the same calendar look and feel?
Everything was considered and weighthed when they developed Lion. They even mentioned it in the press, They were blown away with the success of iOS so they are extending it to OSX.
Quite frankly, I like the old iCal but yeah I don't expect anything in SL to stay in Lion otherwise it'll be another Cat name related to Leopard
People should start looking at this perspective and not get STUCK in the old OS.

Every time an update happens or we change phones my ex's iPhone and mine get linked somehow and he receives my messages. If we are no longer using the same apple id and are on separate phone plans how can this be happening? I have changed my password but this keeps happening. We do not share a computer for it to be iTunes? I have called and got it fixed, but it happens repeatedly anyway...any ideas?

Once our information was appearing under each other's iMessages so we went to the apple store and called the phone service and they said it was fixed, but it happened again. I was wondering if anyone knew how to fix a System Prefrences problem? Every time I try to open system prefrences I get that little color wheel over the System Prefrences window, and I am not able to change any system prefrence options or click on any options in the window. It just freezes up. I have iOS Lion 10.7.4 version on a 2012 Macbook Pro i7. Right now my screen saver is just a blank blue color, and I am unable to set any other photo from my photo library to the hpome screen picture even without going throiugh system prefrnces. I have tried Disk Utility>Verify Disk Permissions, and that did not work. I have also tried Disk Utility>Permissions Repair, and that did not work either. Can anyone tell me another option to try because I am unable to open Time Machine to repair to an earlier date because that window freezes up also. Does anyone know any other options? This Macbook Has been doing this sort of thing since I took it out of the box brand new 4 months ago, but it fixted itself before the Macbook help coverage was expired so I never bothered to call Apple about it. Now it just freezes up and never works, I can't change my system time out I cant change any system prefrences on my Macbook Pro. It really ***** bad. Also another symptom my macbook has right before this problem accours is my screen saver on my computer will automatically be swithched to that Galaxy screen saver all the sudden when I turn my computer on then when I go to change the screen save back to a picture I had on my computer the system prefrences just freeze up. Every time I log into anything, I get a prompt in a box in the upper portion of the screen asking if I'd like to remember the password. I don't want any passwords remembered. How can I prevent the "Save password" prompt from popping up?

As of the current version, I don't believe there is a way to tell the App Store app to ignore updates. You can send Apple feedback at http://www.apple.com/feedback/, but in short there is nothing you can do. As long as you don't try to update the app (either pressing the update button or update all), the app should continue to work fine with your data remaining intact. It has been a while since I've tried to update an app that isn't supported (last time was under iOS 3 or 4), so I can't comment about what would happen if you did try to update it. (My best guess is it will display an alert saying it is not compatible, and leave the previous version there, but not take away the 'update' in the APp Store app updates page).
