How can I make background images change automatically

I want my page background to change automatically after a set period of time (almost like a very slow slideshow). Is there any reason (other than file size) I can't simply do this with an animated gif as my body background image? I haven't got the expertise to do anything too technical. Thanks

BG images are not meant to be animated. It's a performance problem - the browser would have to continually re-render the whole page, since GIFs work on specific increments. That's why it's not supported. What you wanna do would be best done with jQuery/ JavaScript or Flash, where the substitution can be controlled, so the browser only needs to work hard when there is actualyl something changing. whether that's a good idea, is another matter, though. Personally I really despise such toy-ish features, as they severely impair usability and readability.

How can I make background images (in p classes) appear in Review PDF?

In my stylesheet, I have <p> classes for notes, tips, examples, and cautions. Each has a background image.

The images show in outputs but not in previews, nor in Review PDFs (Review | Create PDF for Review . . .).

No way that I know of. You have the same problem with printed documentation. The background image's don't show up there either. Please log a bug report with Adobe: https://www.adobe.com/cfusion/mmform/index.cfm?name=wishform&product=38

You just need to look in Help for the Sound class and possibly SoundChannel... if you have an MP3 in your library - right click it, and go to properties. Set the sound to export for ActionScript - and give it a class name - mySound will work. Then you can make it play with something as simple as:
var a:SoundChannel = new mySound().play();

To do a step by step instruction on here will take someone a very long time, as you havent really said at what level you are at.
On Youtube there are a lot of animation tutorials for PS. But essentially in this case you are moving that white streak across a few frames at a time.

Put the image behind the layer (at the back of it or on a layer below). With it still selected, Copy.
Now Paste in Front (Ctrl+F). Depending on your Paste Remembers Layers setting, you may have to bring the newly pasted copy to the front, or to the upper layer.
Draw a shape over the image to define the portion of it you want to appear "in front."
With the shape and the image selected, clip the image using the shape. (Object > Clipping Mask > Make)

When I first got my iPod I chose for it NOT to sync automatically but I should have. I have no idea how to get back to those settings but want to change it so it syncs on it's own. This is not really possible, since there are any number of free utilities on the Internet that will reveal a "hidden" network in seconds. Anyone who wants to see your network will be able to do so very quickly and easily.
iOS devices like the iPhone and iPad often have difficulty connecting to a "hidden" network as well.
If you still want to do this......
Open Finder > Applications > Utilities > AirPort Utility
Click on the Time Capsule icon, then click Edit in the smaller window that appears
Click the Wireless tab at the top of the next page
Click the Wireless Options button near the bottom of the page
Enter a check mark in the box next to Create hidden network
Click Save
Click Update at the lower right of the window and allow a minute for the Time Capsule to restart

How can I make an image tile length of browser without using it as background image?

I understand that if you use the rectangle tool and stretch it to the edge of the page, triggerring the red margin, the tiled image is supposed to stretch the length of the browser. Although this works for width, tiling horizontally, for some reason, it doesn't work for length, tiling vertically. When I preview my work in browser, the tiled image doesn't extend along with the footer as I scroll down the page.
When I use the image as background fill and tile it, then it works, but I need to use a different image for the background.

As you have mentioned you can either use browser fill with tile fitting or design the browser background image outside of Muse using any image editor like Photoshop and then use as browser fill which would include both images the one you want to use as background image and the one that you want to use as Tile on page section.

You can also use the [https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/2592/ NoSquint] add-on to change the default zoom level for all websites at once. After setting your global zoom level, you can fine-tune the zoom on individual sites and set the options so that NoSquint remembers per-site settings.
After installing NoSquint, go to the add-ons page to set the per-site settings:
* Tools (or [[Image: New Fx Menu]]) > Add-ons > Extensions
* Click the "Options" button by NoSquint

If one had a stack of images that need a brightness adjustment. How can you preform the adjustment a stack of images that need the same amount of adjustment?
Many times I have a stack of images that need a +10 brightness adjustment on them and it would save a lot of time if I could do it on a whole stack of images.

good points, as l/s takes every adjustment ... including autolevels/exposure ... BUT DOESN'T make them auto to the next image(s), it just lifts the current image settings !!! which is fine for a five shoot series all at the same exposure, but not so much when it is not !!!

Text messages don't always send; I get a red flag message. How can I make them re-send automatically?

This drives me nuts: Occassionally, but not often, I will send a text message and it does not go through. This happens both when I am using iMessage or regular text messages. It gets me into a lot of trouble: I assume my text message has gone through, then check my phone half an hour later and realize the message has not been sent. I don't even get a vibration or a notice that it hasn't sent; it's only when I check my messages that I see the red flag but my undelivered message.
How can I get the iPhone to just automatically keep trying to re-send these messages until it goes through, or at the very least to give me a notification buzz when the message doesn't go through so I know to manually re-send it myself?

At this time that option does not exist. The only workaround that I can think of is to watch and make sure the text sends before closing the app.
