I Have done the upgrade to mac os Yosemite but now i'm Not able to move a file from a folder to another one Inside iCloud
now it's impossible to organize MY archive

Thankyou Winston, you guess right. What i don't understand is why with the older version of mac os (10.9) i can organize my document into icloud folders using the Pages app window. But now with the new version i'm no longer able to do that. Using ipad in the same window there is no problem, but in mac os it doesn't work.

Such item resemble to every downloaded installer so it doesn' take special attention and the encryption scheme is an efficient one.

How can I move all my bookmarks from different Firefox profiles (would like to move whole bookmark folders at once if possible) into one area to organize them and then place them into the different Firefox profiles? This is all under one window user account, I am using windows 8.1. Even if you have information on how to do it on a different windows, it may still be helpful. Thanks for any input you have.

Just a note about the difference between these two things:
* "export" and "import" use an ancient HTML document format that all browsers can understand. When you import bookmarks, Firefox may place them into an Imported Bookmarks folder, or into Unsorted Bookmarks. This does not displace existing bookmarks, and Firefox does not automatically remove duplicates.
* "backup" and "restore" use a more comprehensive JSON data file, which contains extra information about your bookmarks (such as tags) not contained in the traditional export file. HOWEVER, a restore completely replaces all existing bookmarks, so the restore feature cannot be used to merge in a set of additional bookmarks.

How can we move the 'application data\apple computers' folder to another location

We use roaming profiles and the Application Data folder is stored on a network drive with restricted space (500MB). This has not been a problem in the past but since we've been rolling out iPad's & iPhones, this restriction is becoming a problem as iTunes download's ios updates and stores device backups in 'application data\apple computers' folder (and not in the media library).
Does anyone know how we can move this 'application data\apple computers' folder to another location or force iTunes to store the downloads/updates in the media library (which can be moved)?

How can I move my media files from USB-HD to NAS without having to copy the media files to iTunes Media folder?

I have iTunes on a Mac with the iTunes Media folder stored locally and the music on an external USB-HD. The music files are Not copied to iTunes Media folder when added to the library.
Now I want to move my files from USB-HD to a NAS without losing any information or settings. I want to do the similar to my iPhoto library. I do not want to consolidate my files to iTunes Media folder. The articles I’ve read only discuss how to do if the files are copied to iTunes Media folder when added to the library. Any tips or trix?

How are you achieving the above? What are your copy setting in preferences? If you are manually overriding the copy-to by holding down the option key while adding media then that won't apply when you import a playlist (as in importing the .xml). When you import a playlist like that you are essentially adding the files to the library again and it will obey the preferences setting since you can't option add them that way.
Correct on the .itl. Only iTunes itself can edit that file.
I think you need to review your basic wants/needs in doing all this. If your reason for not wanting to use the Media Folder settiing is because you do not want it to go on the internal drive, but you don't actually mind if it organizes it as long as it is on the NAS, change the Media Folder preferences setting to the NAS and let it consolidate to there. If you want to move the stuff but keep it organized in your own folder structure you may need to do it as I suggested initially. Once it is on the NAS and iTunes recognize the file locations you can do what you can only do if you manually manage music which is move it around in Finder afterward once it is on the drive and recognized to tweak location to your final wishes.

If they are in a compatible format then you should be able to sync them by selecting the iPad on the left-hand sidebar of your computer's iTunes (on iTunes 11 you can enable the sidebar via option-command-S on a Mac, control-S on a PC), and then use the Photos tab on the right-hand side of iTunes to select the folder that they are in on your computer and sync them (if you are already syncing photos to your iPad then you will need to include their folders with the sync, otherwise they will be removed from your iPad)

Have you tried e-mailing the Keynote file to yourself? You can then press and hold on the attachment in Mail and choose to open in Keynote. However the results may depend on your version of Keynote.

One day this was happened to me:I deleted some videos that i don't need and after about a month i went to a music concert and i recorded with my iPhone for about 25-30 min and my iphone froze and automacitly restarted after a restart when a went home and i wanted to watch what i had recorded and in my camera roll on my iphone i saw the videos that i deleted about a month ago!!! I found an answer to my own question. A work around of sorts.
Download Photoshop Elements 6 for Macintosh. With PSE6 I made a slide show with 550 images 1920x1200, without thumbs. I ran into one problem making the slide show. My images contained 4 images which had not ben created by Photoshop and could not be included in the slide show. Opening the images in Photoshop CS4 and re-saving them still did not make then acceptable. Not a big deal. I probably could have fixed the four images by stripping all EXIF data before opening them in Photoshop. BTW, PSE6 made the slide show in demo mode.
I hope the bug in Photoshop CS4 will be fixed in Photoshop CS5.
