How can I open the "Pane Properties Dialog Box", without right-clicking on the scrollbar of the pane?

To open the "Pane Properties Dialog Box" the LabVIEW Help suggest following:
"Right-click in the scrollbar of a pane and select Properties from the shortcut menu to display this dialog box."
The Problem is that I would like to switch off the scrollbars, which once done, means I can't right-click on the scrollbar anymore !
There must be a different way to get to this Menu, too ?!

Typically, you would hide the scrollbars only when running, and in this case there is no problem. I guess you should keep at least one of the scrollbars visible in edit mode.
Once both scrollbars are hidden, you can restore them using the "VI properties...windows appearance...customize" dialog.

  • How can I open the 'time date browse button'?

    Hello!
How can I open the 'time date browse dialog' from the time stamp control in my block diagram? I tryed it with the property node but couldn't find this item to open the 'time/date browse dialog'!
Thanks in advance for your help

There is no way to programitically bring up the dialog window for the timestamp control. I recommend building your own dialog window VI that will work by opening when you want the user to set the time and when it closes, it can programatically update the timestamp control. It will not be as pretty but it will be just as functional.

Snow Leopard's Startup Disk pref can’t see Yosemite volumes. So the only way to switch from Snow Leopard to Yosemite is to do what Niel mentioned. Doesn't matter whether it's connected by USB or Firewire, although performance via FW would be faster.
Are you saying that Yos/10.10, as a volume located in a mounted external drive won't appear as an option in Snow Leopard's Startup Disc, in Sys Prefs? I've never heard this one before. AFAIK any mounted volume, regardless of OS, should appear there. I would think that, if it appears in the Boot Picker/Startup Manager it would also appear and could be booted to from Snow's Startup Disk. I can't test this myself, since I don't have Yos. Is what you are saying documented somewhere?

When I opened iweb it opened as a file I deleated. I have a published website with godaddy and would like to update. How can I open the existing iWeb app to the site that is already published?

You cannot retrieve the already published site as iWeb CANNOT open it - it has no import facility.
You need your domain.sites file, which you can find under User/Library/Application Support/iWeb/domain.sites.  You do not need any kind of account for this because it is your domain.sites file that resides on the hard drive of your Mac anyway.  Find this file and you can alter your website.
Use a spotlight search to try and find it and if this does not work you can download something called Find Any File.  If you really can't find it, then you'll have to start from scratch because iWeb cannot open a site that is already published.

I've downloaded Photpshop elements 13 : how can I open the application ?

    Thank you Kglad and John
Your question about 32 bit or 64 bit was good. In fact, before our exchanges, I downloaded Photoshop but I didn't run the application.
After our messages, I tried to click the setup
First, when I clicked  "setup" in the directory ""32 bit PhotoshopElem13" I had an error message , then, I clicked the setup in the second directory, it was the good one.... 64 bit !
    All is OK

  • I have an old Kodak Photo CD and Photoshop Elements 11 on Windows 7. How can I open the .pcd images?

I have an old Kodak Photo CD (1999) and Photoshop Elements 11 on Windows 7. How can I open the .pcd images?
Please help me open these photos. They are very important to me and I need to access them.
If I can't do it with any of the software installed on my computer, would someone be willing to open them, save them as jpgs and send them to me?
    Thank you so much, Nancy

You can get the plugin here by downloading the Extra Content for Photoshop CS3  File 2
Just be sure to follow Note:Very Important Instructions or the link won't work.
    http://prodesigntools.com/download-adobe-cs4-and-cs3-free-trials-here.html
After downloading the PHSPCS3_Cont_WWE.exe, double click on it to extract the contents, probably to your desktop.
Then in the Goodies folder, Optional Plugins folder, you'll see the Kodak PhotoCD folder
Open that and copy the Photo CD.8BI to C:\Program Files (x86)\Adobe\Photoshop Elements 11\Plug-Ins
Copy the profiles to C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Adobe\Color\Profiles

I think those files are Samsung's proprietary format, so only the Samsung software can open and display them.  If they do not make their software for OS X, then you are stuck requiring windows.
I thought the DVR itself lets you save as standard avi as the backup file format?

In the File I/O>>Advanced File Functions Palette is a function named "List directory". This function will give you two arrays. One contains the names of all subdirectories the other the names of all files. If you want to sort them by name use the array sort function. If you want to sort them by another attribute use the File/Directory Info function to get more data. Use a cluster which contains the attribut to sort and the original index of the name. Then sort this array.

In your af:tree nodeStamp facet you have access to the node (TreeItem in your case). If your TreeItem has a getter method for the url (you did not provide the TreeItem code) you can put an af:goLink in the nodeStamp and set the destination attribute to #{node.url} and set the TargetFrame of the golink to '_blank':
    <af:tree ...>
      <f:facet name="nodeStamp">
        <af:goLink text="goLink 1" id="gl3" destination="#{node.url}" targetFrame="_blank"/>Timo

how can i open the database even lost some data?

    Pallofa,
Try open img file using some software.
You need a software to mount the img file.
    http://techie-buzz.com/how-to/mount-iso-files-as-a-virtual-cd-dvd-drive.html
If thinstead of using an img file, just use this command.
    repair-bde e: d: -rp xxxx-xxxxx-xxxxxx-xxxxx -f -lf c:\log.txt
where d is the portable disk whereyou want the data and d drive should at least
    equal to e drive.
Where xxxx-xxxx-xxxxx is the 48 digit recovery password.
-lf will generate a log file and point to a certain location, here I have pointed to c drive.
After repair-bde is completed, run chkdsk /f on D drive, then try to access your data.
