How can I re-install my Adobe Creative Suite 6? Installation was idle when installing AdobeHelp

I've problem re-install my Creative Suite 6 Master Collection for almost all applications. Installation was idle/stop when installing AdobeHelp, I've already tried to let the installation process ran for almost 24 hours, but it's still idle, so I cancelled the installation.
I've tried several times, and the result is still the same. It's idle when installing Adobehelp
And there is no feature/option in the installation menu to not installed Adobehelp.
Before re-install, I've used AdobeCreativeCloudCleanerTool, because I can't installed adobe illustration that I've not installed yet before and the installation crashed.
So I follow the instruction till I get suggestion to download AdobeCreativeCloudCleanerTool. and I ran it and choose all cleaning.
Now I still have problem to re-install my Adobe Creative Suite Master Collection.

System information:
Laptop Dell Vostro 14", Intel Pentium i5, Ram 4GB
OS Windows 7 Home Basic
Is that enough? do you need more information?

    You need Lightroom 5.5 or later (the most current version is 5.7.1). This is a free update if you have already purchased an earlier version of Lightroom 5.

    I think Adobe pulled the Creative Connect Desktop app until the new CC release next month. I just built a new PC and noticed it wasn't available in the app manager any more. On my other machines it isn't working anyway. In another post Adobe devs said they new it was down because thay were working out some server issues. It looks like they couldn't resolve them.
    I bought into the CC right from the beginning since I never buy my software outright but rather use a credit card. I thought that getting the whole master suite for $30 a month interest free was a great deal. Having all the software has been great, but it was over a year before we even saw a desktop syncing folder and noe it seens as though we are going to have server problems every time they upgrade the cloud leaving us to have to use the cluncky web interface during these sync blackouts.
    I can tell you Adobe better get it together cause ther starting to p*ss off a lot of loyal customers. It feels like were dealing with a cellphone company who only gives deals to the new customers and once you've signed the contract your screwed.

    The answer depends on which version of Creative Suite.
    Either
    install Windows on your Mac using Bootcamp or Parallels then install Creative Suite in the Windows Virtual Machine on your Mac.
    Or, if you want to install natively on your Mac:
    If CS6 then you can apply to Adobe for a platform swap
    Order product | Platform, language swap
    If CS5 then you must pay to upgrade from CS5 Win to CS6 Mac
    Creative Suite 6
    If CS4 or earlier then you're out of luck. You'll have to buy a new copy of CS6 for Mac or pay to join the Cloud.

    Unfortunately when Adobe products are restored from backup, especial CS4 and especially Mac, it breaks licensing.
    There is a python script included in the license recovery kit that should work if you are familiar with Terminal.
    If not, you must reinstall your CS4 suite.  You don't need to delete your preferences, so it should be the same as before.

    Hi,
    I purchased the Adobe Creative Suite 6 (Education Edition). I have a macbook pro and I have tried to put in the CD in numerous times to install the software, and nothing shows up on the screen to do so.
    I already did the online steps to retrieve the serial number to activate the product.
    I have also downloaded Adobe reader, Flashplayer and flashwave thinking that th ecomputer would be able to read the CD, but still nothing.
    Where should I go from here ?

    Looks like you're trying to install the Windows version of Creative Suite CS6. Is that what it says on the box?
    That will never work on a Mac. The Windows version and the Mac version are totally different and one will not work on the other. Neither will the serial number since the serial numbers are Windows-only or Mac-only and they're not interchangeable.
    Have you purchased a Cloud membership or a perpetually licensed version of CS6 (download or boxed)?
    I assumed you had a Cloud membership since you've posted in the Cloud forum but your question and screenshot indicates you're trying to install the non-Cloud version.
    If you've subscribed to the Adobe  Creative Cloud then you don't need a disc to install the software. You go here https://creative.adobe.com/apps, login and download.
    If you've purchased the perpetually licensed version  then you need to pack up what you've got and swap your Windows version for the Mac version of the software.
    Either take the software back to where you got it and swap for a Mac version, or

    In the meantime, download and use the trial version of the software while you're doing the swap process. The trial will work for up to 30 days

    I previously had 2 drives and removed one of them. The one i removed had my CS3 files and i was planning to uninstall all components and reinstall CS3 onto my remaining drive. However, when i choose to remove the components it says "Some problems occurred while components were being removed. Please see below." and then there is a summary of all the components with each saying "Component removal failed". When i click "install or reinstall" a script error comes up.
    I have absolutely no idea how to fix and if you can't already tell, i'm not exactly good with this stuff.

    You should use the CS3Clean Script:

    Run it at level 2 until all components are removed, and then reinstall the applications.

    Only the superseded CS6 version is still available for outright purchase. Keep in mind that this version is 3 years out of date and no longer being upgraded.
    The current CC 2014 (and older CC) version is only available via Cloud membership paying the monthly or yearly fee.

    Hi people, I'am having a problem installing Adobe creative suite cs3 on my iMac, when the dmg is loaded as the first sys check , installer give an error saying : "Java Script Alert - Critical errors were found in the setup - Imcompatible payloads already installed. Please see the Setup log file for details."
    I've recently installed Processing, and needed to install Java too. I think I've installed Java sun SE. (actually I'm a Mac noob lol)
    So , I think that I've just to clean all the old java sys that I installed and reinstall a compatible version of Java, right??? But I don't know How to do that actually!

    Hello Bellawood,
    This Java script Error problem, if you installed CS3, AI, PS or ID or any application already have in system or you uninstalled it, and installing again... this Java Script Error message will come.
    This guide line is for Mac OS X only not for tested on Window system.
    There are 2 ways to install again CS3.
    1: format your system and install CS3 or remove all adobe folder your your system and install.
    2: If you already installed any CS3 application and installing any other and you are getting Java Script Error message... do this, in hard disk/library/application support/adobe/... remove caps and backup folders from there and keep in safe place and install your application... hope it will install. after installing run that application... and it will run, and if you will try to run already installed application.... it will not... because you removed that application backup and caps file from adobe folder. Keep backup and caps folder in safe place and replace backup and caps folders with earlier folder which you saved in safe place. and repeat this process.
    I know this is little tricky... and complicated. Better is remove all adobe files and folders from your system and install CS3 again.

After installing Adobe Creative Suite Premium\Installer 1\Adobe Creative Suite\Setup.exe, I am not able to identify the version (like CS1 or CS2 or CS3  so on.........)of this product even in ARP entry its showing "Adobe creative Suite" only . I am also not getting how to do silent installation of this product because its not extracting any Install.xml OR deploy.xml,Uninstall.xml OR remove.xml,setup.xml,Application.xml.override files. Also no folder is there like Payloads and deployment.
    So my question is how to identify version and how to do silent installation?

    You don't.  Registration is a one time thing that you do the first time you install an application.  Once registered it does not need to be done again.
    You should see if yoiu can have the activations reset before you try installing on a new machine so that you still have the two activations that are available to you.  If not, you should still have an activation available for use with the new installation.
    To reset activations contact Adobe Support and ask them to reset your activations....  For the link below click the Still Need Help? option in the blue area at the bottom and choose the chat option...

    To get it working on the new machine you just install and activate using the serial number you should already have.
