Same as title: how can I remove something from my download list FOREVA! Why would I want to do this? Because it's a piece of poo free sampler from Best Buy that is effing huge, and terrible and I don't want it, ever (it's been stuck to my list since 08, and it must die). Every time I buy something I have to remember to go and remove that from my list, otherwise iTunes gets caught up downloading that thing, which is many times larger than any video/cd/app that I have ever downloaded on iTunes before. It wouldn't be as much an issue if I had a good ISP but I don't, so any non-apple employee people giving some smarmy "get better internets" advice need not apply.

Once an item enters the download queue, the user cannot remove it. Either let it complete the download (easiest) or contact the iTunes Store customer support department through the Contact page and ask them if they'll remove the item(s) from your queue for you.

It has nothign to do with correcting your Contacts.
The addresses are in the Mail app.
They will drop off eventually as you use new email addresses in Mail.
As noted, you can Restore to factory defaults.

I messed up...I had some of my music on my computer, and ALL of my music on my network attach storage which of course included all the music on my computer. If you delete songs from your PC and have no back up other than the iPod you will risk losing them permanently if your iPod fails or you find you have to restore it to solve a problem. You should consider investing in an additional internal or external hard drive to store/back up your music. Alternatively at the very least back up songs you can't replace such as iTunes downloads to CD or DVD. your issue is not really an ipad or ios spc issue there are with 100% many guides only about getting broken 3.5mm minijack connectors out of the connectors

Lately when I use iPhoto it will not let me quit and I have to force quit. I recently moved to college where there are several separate internet routers. I realized I still had iPhoto sharing turned on from using it at home and thought that might be messing it up, but even after I turn off sharing it will not let me quit. I think it is a problem with Facebook because it asks, "still syncing would you like to stop and quit?" whenever I try to quit the program. I would like to just remove Facebook from my source list, but I can't figure out how. It used to ask me to sign in to Facebook if I wanted to upload pictures but now it doesn't so I have no idea how to make it quit syncing.

I don't suppose anyone knows how to remove things via content aware from a video in photoshop? I'm doing a documentary and I need to edit out sign posts from hampton court to make it look more rustic and realistic but they are in hundreds of frames and I can't get them exact so it looks like the walls are moving?! In the new iTunes version 11.0.0.163 I tried to delete a free app but it still shows after I deleted it from all my Apple devices. The checkbox in the previous version of iTunes does not seem to be present in the new version and I do not see a drop down menu. And there are no Help menu choices either. I guess, I will otherwise wait for the new update to iTunes as of 12.10.2012.

With iTunes 11 on PCs the drop-down menus are hidden by default - control-B should get the menus to show
