I saw a warning that I can upgrade my iPhone 3GS with os 3.1.3 to iOS4 at iTunes 9.2.0.61.
So I Tried to upgrade my 3GS to iOS4.
After downloading iOS via iTunes it started to backup, and installing then crashed with Error code 34 when it began installing.
After all of that I saw a picture on my phone. It is iPhone cable anf iTunes Logo.
And I always get "iTunes has detected an iPhone in recovery mode. You must restore this iPhone before it can be used with iTunes." when i plug this any PC.
I saw only Restore button on Summary tab on iTunes. When I try push this button.
Asks me that am I sure to want to restore. I click "Restore and Update".
It is:

-preparing iphone Software

-restoring iphone firmware.
And after that I saw an error which like that :

Other USB port and other USB cables.
4 Different PC (Vista, Windows 7 and XP)
Different Windows Users.
4 Different iTunes versions.
With DFU mode.
Downgrading OS 3.1.3.
Nothing works for me.
Is there anybody to help me? What is code 34?

That error message suggests the photo is somehow corrupt.
Do you have the Apple Camera Connection Kit? You can set up a USB thumb drive with MS-DOS FAT-32 format and copy your photos to it into a folder named DCIM. Assuming they have an 8 character plus suffix name, the iPad will recognize them and give you the option of transferring them via the Kit's USB adapter.
Once they are transferred, you can find out if there is a problem with any.

Nobody can tell you anything without proper system info or other technical details. The simply answer probably is that you are running your system with insufficient user privileges and system restore or some security tools are blocking stuff/ erasing your install.

I am not sure what your problem is, can you give more details.
One possibility is you may be in full screen mode, for details on fixing that see the [[menu bar is missing]] article.
If you are missing various toolbar items, see the [[back and forward or other toolbar items are missing]] article.

I am not really sure, if I understand you right. But try this:
Don’t place a picture, but draw a box and use the "Fill" command to put a picture into it.
(Don’t click onto the color swatch, but onto the blue link "Fill".)
In this case responsivness should work.
