How can I uninstall Magic TrackPad update

Yyyyyyikes!!!
First of all I'm totally fed up with these two words: "magical" and "revolutionary". Enough already.
Secondly I can't understand why apple is trying so hard to become americas next top microsoft.
Ok. The magically padish tracsies update totally ruined my macbook pro's track pad. I constantly resize stuff becuse tracpad tracks my thumb where actually it's just clicking. I constantly get two finger gestures because my thumb is resting where normally the trackpad button is.
why can't I adjust or turn of these stuff?
this "simple" ideology of apple should change a little bit...

I dont have an answer for you all but I just wanted to say me to. I have been fighting with this ever since installing it. I have been looking for a reason to upgrade my HD so looks like this is it. I will make sure to SKIP ! this update.
I really didn't expect to find a thread on this when I searched google, I am sorry to have us all in this predicament. Ok I am going to but the drive now. I have typed this 2 times and some how managed to wipe out the post UGH.
Ill continue to follow just in case someone figures an easy way to fix this, as I have another couple of macs. I am not ready to reinstall the os on them.

How can I uninstall adobe application update on win 7

The Adobe updater is creating problems with my audio applications.I did disable it on the msconfig start up and also on the preferences on the updater but still keeps poping up on the background. I would like to know how can I effectivelly disable it or uninstall it.

After latest update (today), Firefox continually crashes. How can I uninstall this latest update? Tried creating new profiles and they also crash.

Firefox worked earlier today (August 19, 2013 about 6:30 pm EDT). When I opened Firefix after 9pm EDT, Firefox attempted to perform an update. No error was given, but now Firefox will not start. Running a Windows 8 machine with all updates and current security software with no known malware on my system.
When I try to start Firefox, the system shows the "working" circle, but then nothing. I created a new profile, and got Firefox to start, but whenever I try to go to any website, Firefox crashes.

How can I reduce Magic Trackpad friction?

Occasionally my fingers stick a little bit to the trackpad instead of gliding smoothly. Is there something I can use too keep them gliding smoothly all the time?
There is an old Apple Support knowledge base document that recommends "teflon applique", http://support.apple.com/kb/TS1449 , but I don't know what that is or where to get one.
Other people suggest gymnasts chalk, talcum powder, or even silicone spray. However, I don't want to try something that could interfere with the device.

The best solution is to keep your fingers dry. Moister on your fingertips will cause them not to glide smoothly.
Rather than use anything on the trackpad surface, try some talcum or chalk on your fingertips.

I recently installed "Java for Mac OS X 10.6 update 12". There was something in the description of the update about security and having to approve each use of Java apps.
Now I have a problem with printing pdfs I get in emails. Nothing comes up to show a way to enable the piece that this update has diabled.
I want to go back to where I was 3 days ago.

If you have configured Time Machine to backup your your drive, you are going to have to do a restore to a time prior to the update.
If you didn't configure Time Machine, you are out of luck.

My question was not "what do I do"...it was "can I remove it".
When I contacted Apple they said "no way to remove it". I am sure that is the "official" answer, but I would certainly be interested if there was some way to remove it. Downgrade Lion to Snow Leopard
1. Boot from your Snow Leopard Installer Disc. After the installer loads select your language and click on the Continue button. When the menu bar appears select Disk Utility from the Utilities menu.
2. After DU loads select your hard drive (this is the entry with the mfgr.'s ID and size) from the left side list. Note the SMART status of the drive in DU's status area. If it does not say "Verified" then the drive is failing or has failed and will need replacing. SMART info will not be reported on external drives. Otherwise, click on the Partition tab in the DU main window.
3. Under the Volume Scheme heading set the number of partitions from the drop down menu to one. Set the format type to Mac OS Extended (Journaled.) Click on the Options button, set the partition scheme to GUID then click on the OK button. Click on the Partition button and wait until the process has completed.
4. Quit DU and return to the installer. Install Snow Leopard.
This will erase the whole drive so be sure to backup your files if you don't have a backup already. If you have performed a TM backup using Lion be aware that you cannot restore from that backup in Snow Leopard (see below.) I suggest you make a separate backup using Carbon Copy Cloner 3.4.1.
If you have Snow Leopard Time Machine backups, do a full system restore per #14 in Time Machine - Frequently Asked Questions. If you have subsequent backups from Lion, you can restore newer items selectively, via the "Star Wars" display, per #15 there, but be careful; some Snow Leopard apps may not work with the Lion files.

You would need to erase/reformat your boot drive. Why do you want to uninstall SL? I find it very stable. If you haven't used the Combo Updater 10.6.8 (as your profile indicates) you may have some issues that were resolved with the final update.
