I have pictures on both Flickr and Picasa Web Albums. I want to be able to view them both through my Apple TV. Flickr works fine, but I can't find a way to view the Picasa Web Albums. Please don't tell me that Apple TV can't do this simple task. Any suggestions?

the BI product packages it's own web application. Reporting content is published securely and viewed 'online' through the BI LaunchPad (previously infoview)

Playing Picasa Web Albums on Apple TV

I have first generation iPad and Apple TV. I can no longer see a way on my Picasa Web Album app to 'flick' my photos to the Apple TV. I have the latest software on both devices. What am I missing? This used to work. Any help would be appreciated!

I have a Samsung SmartTV and want to show my trip album (iPhoto) to my family via my TV. How can I do this? Right now, I do not see the AllShare icon my my Hub. I am hoping to do this wirelessly. When I bought this TV, I was under the impression I could project from my Mac, however, when the techs came to set it all up, they said Samsung TVs can not "talk with" Apple computers! What a bummer. I tried external cables which were told to help but did not. At one point, I was able to get a few iPhoto pictures to appear, but forgot how.
Any reasonable help would be appreciated.

that does not involve iPhoto for the Mac in any way - and it does not involve the Mac - you need to either contact Samsung or purchase an Apple TV (which IMHO is a requirement for any home)

I am able to see the web published VI from any computer using firefox or IE, but when i open safari on my iphone and enter the IP i get a little image with a question mark

but i was looking for a simpler solution!! it is just frustrating to see how people with android are able to monitor the VI by just enter the server IP address and name of the HTML with their phones and I can't with my iphone or ipad using safari

The only way to turn on airplay mirroring would be toggling it via your Mac. Also, it wouldn't be recommended as a replacement for your main screen. Your best bet is to take in the Mac for repair.

How can I surf the web using my apple tv (second gen)

I've owned my apple TV for over a month now, paired with my home/built windows 7 pc, but am amazed at how limited the ATV is compared to my ipad, and iphone. Is it possible to surf the net using the Apple tv on my big screen, or is it only capable of airplaying videos from safari?
does anyone know if apple is planning on adding any apps to ATV to expand its capabilities in the future?

How can I view a file with an *.apple extension?

I did a search and couldn't come up with any threads that may have discussed this. My apologies if I overlooked any results.
Anyway, I was doing some file recovery on my SD card and this f2754624.apple file popped up at around 600mb. I'm guessing it was some video shot with the digi. It's kind of old and I'm kind of curious what it is haha.
So any clue as to how I can open said file? Thanks in advance for any assistance I can obtain from you all.

That's key. If you're using Safari to download PDFs, it can do this.
Trash the SPD file. It can't be repaired.
Download the Adobe Reader FULL installer here: http://get.adobe.com/reader/enterprise/
Save the DMG to your downloads folder.
Go to: Mac HD/Library/Internet Plugins
Trash the AdobePDFViewer.plugin and AdobePDFViewerNPAPI.plugin files.
Empty the trash.
Download AppZapper (it's a free trial) and install it.
Launch AppZapper, and drag the Adobe Reader app to the window.
"Zap" it and anything else in the window to the trash.
Empty the trash.
Install Reader from the downloaded DMG and re-download the SPD file.

How can I view Artwork on iTunes for 1 or 3 songs per Album?

So, I am on my iTunes. On the previous Version of iTunes, you can have the list of Albums and view at the same time the Artwork whether it was for 10, 20 songs or even just 1 song. With the new version, there are four icons on the Upper Right where you can view "Cover Flow", "Album Covers", "Detailed List", "Detail List with Album Artwork"...
When I click on the "Detail List with Album Artwork" and I want to view the Artwork for those albums that I only have 1, 3, or just 5 songs, I cannot view the Artwork. I can only view the Artwork (if for example) those with more then 10 songs.
How can I view the Artwork at the same time as with those that I am able to?

You can absolutely do that.
Check the class: CL_BSP_MESSAGES
Also if you want to find out the exact Message Class and Message Number, go to table T100, type text in field TEXT, you will get Message Class and Message number in fields ARBGB and MSGNR respectively.

Over the years I have backed up my ifoto albums on discs. Now with the new ifoto in 10.7.5 I can't see the fotos from five year old discs--only a dotted line outline of the fotos, all black and white; no images. What gives? and how can I view them?

If you're running iPhoto 9.5 you'll need to follow these directions in order to view disk created by previous versions of iPhoto:
1 - Copy the library from the disk to the Desktop.
2 - Double click on the iPhoto Library Upgrader tool to launch it and select the library on the desktop to convert.
3 - Once that is done you can open it with iPhoto 9.5.
