i want to add a checkbox in the form. how can v add a check box in the form. i tried with sap scripts symbols like sym_checkbox but it's not working.
and i can print a small box by using Box statement. but i need exactly a check box. how can v create it in scripts.

In the Add_Rows page process, there is a box for "Number Of Rows". Change that value and you change the number of rows that get added. The default is 1.

Sending a file as an attachment to an email involves setting the correct MIME type and headers. There's a brief tutorial here: http://webcheatsheet.com/php/send_email_text_html_attachment.php.
Also, you need to use the same name as in your form. In the script you have shown here, the name of the file field is strresume, but your processing script uses this: $_FILES['uploadedfile']['name']. It should be this: $_FILES['strresume']['name']

idea is ti to have a Save button at the bottom of each page where the person filling
the form clicks the save button on each page.( it is a 12 page fillable form )
The only thing I was able to do was add a button that opens a Save As
dialog box only.

First, you must copy this program to your own program with "ZSAPM07DR" then copy the include program where the routine pass through the program
example: entry_we03 -> from include M07DRENT and M07DRAUS
         change this include to ZM07DRENT and ZM07DRAUS
The next step is binding your form in the program.
what forms do you use ? Sapscript or Smartforms ?
in this Program already used Sapscript. You can See there is Open_Form Function in that Program.
I suggest you to Bind Smartforms.

Actually I would like to use the Catalog Area Type (maintained in trx COMM_PCAT_ADM on Catalog Area Header level). This field doesn't seem to be available in J2EE webshop. (The field documentation says it is for documentation purposes only so I don't expect it to be transferred).
As this field is not readily available, I would like to add is as an attribute to the Catalog Area. BADI's PCAT_IMS_FEED_ATT and PCAT_IMS_FEED_VAL seem to indicate that it should be possible to add additional fields not only on product level, but also on Area level:

You can embed the form on your website, but you need to make sure that javascript has been enabled in the browser. You need to copy the embed code and add it into your HTML code. Sorry Sachin, I mean that I created a simple form on the page from the widget and started adding fields to it. The more fields I add the slower the delay becomes in creating a new field. Even when I try to select and drag or move an item, there's a huge delay and sometimes the program feezes, loose what i've done and have ot restart.
I'm doing an enployment form that has more than 20 fields, at least, and I need to be able to build the fields in separate categories, like Education, Past Employment, etc... quickly without delay issues.
I can probably send you a snap shot of what I'm talking about if I cna post it or attach it here..?

2 options:
1) You can add many waveforms by combining them into one Array.
2) Use the Waveforms tools, that give you many option for adding waveforms. one after the seconed or adding the Y array of a waveform to other Y array of second wave form, and so on...
