  • How do I access the web utility with model cisco sf302-08p ?

Hi,i have a problem with the model Cisco SB SF302-08PP Switch , i connect a cable rj45 to my pc and configure the adapter local area connection (ip address:192.168.1.252), the LEDs blink green, and go to the address bar and get the IP by default, which according to the manual is 192.168.1.254 and the result is: page not found. Is there any way to change the web utility? How do I access the web utility?

restore  the switch by holding more than 30 seconds and try accessing with ip 192.168.1.254. username and password is "cisco". before change your base ip to 192.168.1.2-253.try to ping and check the connectivity

  • Is there a way to access the web-based setup for my router if I cannot access the internet?

Okay, I need to change the ip address settings on my router. I have a WRT54G Wireless router. I cannot access the internet on my computer connected to the router, and do not know how to change the router settings without accessing the web-based setup page. So, back to my question. Is there a way to access this page if I cannot connect to the internet?

On the back of the router is a small reset switch. Using a paper clip or other small item, press the switch in and hold it for a few seconds. This will reset the router to the default IP address of 192.168.1.1. Enter that address in your web browser, and be sure your computer is attached to the router by an Ethernet cable. Don't attempt to do this using the wireless connection.
Once you have reached the web configuration utility you can change the DHCP settings.
To give your PC a static IP address you will need to open your network connections panel and, assuming your using Windows XP, make the changes from dynamic IP to static there.

  • Trouble using the Web-based utility

    I have a WRT54G wireless router, V8, firmware 8.0.0. It is Ethernet-connected to a Windows Vista machine running SP1.
I am having trouble using the Web-based utility. I can access it but cannot make any changes.  For instance, if I change the settings on the Setup page and click "save", I get a "This webpage is not available"
I tried updating the firmware and got the same message. Disabling my personal firewall has no effect. Resetting the router from the button on its rear panel has no effect. I tried using with both Windows IE and Google Chrome browsers and got the same result.
I have been using this router without problem for months using a a Windows XP machine. This problem may be associated with my changing it to the current Windows Vista machine. I no longer have the Windows XP machine.
Please help me. Thank you and Happy New Year!

I spent a full day unsuccessfully trying to make it work, including numerous Linksys utilities downloaded from the site. I could not conjure any support on Linksys chat, and the live body on the Linksys tech support line wanted to charge me $29 for his help.
I finally succeeded by purchasing and installing a Netgear wireless router ($44, Staples) that came up flawlessly the first time. The Linksys device is in my trash.

  • Error when accessing the web-based portal for SQL Azure

    Hi,
when trying to access SQL azure management portal, the following error is thrown:
    [MoreThanOneMatch]
    Arguments:
Debugging resource strings are unavailable. Often the key and arguments provide sufficient information to diagnose the problem. See
    http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?linkid=106663&Version=5.1.30214.00&File=System.Core.dll&Key=MoreThanOneMatch -
Looking at the site in question, the problem seems to be Silverlight related. However, I am unable to debug as suggested since the server is located on Microsoft premises. To rule out a wrong password, I did a reset and ruled out typos by copying username
and password into the field. Furthermore since its not a production database, all IPv4 addresses (range 0.0.0.0-255.255.255.255) are allowed to access the database, so the problem should not be related to ip-based access restrictions. Is this a bug
in the web interface or is the problem sitting in front of the screen?
    Regards,
    Chris

    Hello,
I also meet this issue when connect to SQL database without specify database on the login page. But the error disappear when I specify the database name in the database section, for example, master. It may be a bug in Management Portal of SQL Database.

  • How do you access the BT speedtester utility?

Hello! Just got activated this morning. It's all very exciting. Here's a speedtest result from speedtest.net:
I noticed that some people are using the BT speedtester utility to find their speed profile and do a more reliable speedtest. However, when I try to use the utility, I get the following error:
"Performance Tester is unable to run the speed test for your telephone number:020xxxxxxxx. Please check that it is the correct telephone number for your service. Did you follow all the instructions given on the website, before initiating the speed test. If not, then please follow all the instructions carefully and try to run the test again. If you believe it is the correct number for your service and you have followed all the instructions then please ask your Service Provider whether you can use Performance Tester to test your Broadband speed. If yes, then ask him for the Service ID of your broadband connection and try again with this Service ID along with your Telephone Number. If this problem persists, raise the issue with your service provider.".
This is my correct telephone number. How may I get my service ID instead? Or is there another way to use this utility?
    Solved!

    Hi Wizen
    Glad you got installed eventually....
Your not the only person who could not run the BT speedtest with a recently installed fibre service.
    From THIS THREAD
"Managed a speed test at 70MBs but can't get in the BT one until I get a service ID"
He phoned to get his.... but being a FTTP trial customer they may get a special phone number,
I'd wait a few days for database updates and if still no joy then you could either phone Bt or maybe contact the Forum Mods again.
EDIT No I don't think you'll have to do that.... I'm pretty sure given a few days your BT Infinity telephone number will work on.-http://www.speedtester.bt.com/
Btw I hope you don't mind but I have quoted your post here about the success you have in using your 200Mbps homeplugs.
I wonder if Homeplugs should be connected to the HH3 GiG port?
He is using 100Mbps homeplugs in port 1 the slower HH3 socket.
Would that help make them more usable in using port 4 the Gig socket?... I know people normally use 200Mbps types to get the best from Infinity's speed.

☞ Enter the first few letters of its name into a Spotlight search. Select it in the results (it should be at the top.)
☞ In the Finder, select Go ▹ Utilities from the menu bar, or press the key combination shift-command-U. The application is in the folder that opens.
☞ Open LaunchPad. Click Utilities, then Keychain Access in the icon grid.

  • Can't access the web setup utility - server says: level_15_access

I've been using a Dlink router, and wasn't getting any range on my network, so I tried to setup my linksys wrt150-n v1.1 router. I pressed the reset key for about 20 seconds, then unplugged both my modem (cable) and router, then plugged them back in. When I opened a browser window and typed http://198.162.1.1, instead of opening the setup page, I get a message saying "the server http://198.162.1.1:80 requires a username and password. The server says: level_15_access"
I left the user name blank, and used the default password admin, and that does nothing.
Tried resetting the router about 4 or 5 times with no luck. Any ideas about what I'm overlooking? I don't have the router setup CD that originally came with the router, and there isn't a downloadable file - I should be able to, and have in the past been able to just use the default IP and admin PW.
    Thanks!

    Try a Hard Reset:
    Hard Reset (aka 30/30/30 reset):
The following procedure will clear out the NVRAM and set dd-wrt back to default values:
With the unit powered on, press and hold the reset button on back of unit for 30 seconds
Without releasing the reset button, unplug the unit and hold reset for another 30 seconds
Plug the unit back in STILL holding the reset button a final 30 seconds

  • Web-based utility bringing up blank browser page

We are using the WRT54G router for a combination wired and wireless home network. All is working fine except when trying to access the web-based utility from the wired computer, I get a blank browser page after entering my username and password. The utility itself does not display. I have accessed it previously and know I am using the correct IP address. This seems to happen quite often. Has anyone else experienced this or have any ideas? Thank you.

You said you entered the "user name and password".  I think on your router, the user name should be blank.
To view the router's web pages:
Use Internet Explorer, it usually works.
    JavaScript must be enabled.
Use a computer that is wired to the router.
In the non-working computer, temporarily turn off your software firewall.
If you are using Zone Alarm, right click on the ZA icon in the system tray (lower right corner of screen) and then click "Shutdown ZoneAlarm", and see if this fixes your problem. If this does not work, try the following with Zone Alarm: Open the ZAISS control center, go to Privacy, then temporarily turn off Ad Blocking and Cookie Control, and see if that fixes your problem.
If you are using Noton Internet Security with the Add-on Pack, be sure to turn off the Pop-up Blocker. Some users have reported that they needed to uninstall the entire Norton Add-on Pack.
If you cannot get anything at 192.168.1.1 then perhaps this is not your router's address. Go to "Start" > All Programs > Accessories > Command Prompt.
A black DOS box will appear. Type in "ipconfig" (with no quotes), then hit the Enter key. Look at the "Default Gateway". Is it 192.168.1.1 ? Point your browser to the "Default Gateway", then login to your router.
If the above fails, disconnect your modem from the router, and try again. If this corrects your problem, then most likely you have a "modem-router" rather than an ordinary modem. Check to see if your "modem-router" is using the same 192.168.1.x address space as your Linksys router. If it is, then report back with this problem, and also state the make and model of your modem-router.
If all of the above fails, power down your entire system, unplug it from the wall, wait one minute, then power up and try again.

These are JavaScript errors and no Java errors. Java has nothing to do with them. Updating Java won't make any difference.
Do you run any software firewall on the computer? As the problems occurs on IE and Firefox it could well be that your firewall damages the JavaScript in the web pages. Firewalls like to do that to protect your "privacy".

  • Can't access admin (browser based utility) on e3500 router

    Hello,
I'm at a loss as to what's up with my router and hoping I've missed something silly.
I'm trying to access the browser based utility (@ http://192.168.1.1) on my router and having no luck.
I've tried from two different computers (each Win 7) and each browser.
I've tried wired directly to the blue/LAN ports and through Wifi.
I've confimred that the IP is correct (or is at least the default gateway for each machine).
The Cisco Connect tool can't find the router either.
Oddly...the only thing that can find the router is the CiscoConnect Express app on my iPhone.
Internet is working fineish (some problems with Wifi), I just want to play with some settings.
I'd really appreciate any thoughts before I resolve myself to resetting this thing and reconnecting 10 different devices.
    Thanks!
    Jeff

Try to see if you can ping the router properly on your two pcs (open command prompt and type: ping 192.168.1.1). If you can get good replies then router is working okay. If that is the case, disable proxies on the browser, if not turn off any firewall on the computers. Try to use a different browser also. If that will not work, I am afraid you have to start from scratch and that means you have to reset the router to factory defaults and reconfigure it for internet connection. You might want to check as well if your router is running on the latest Classic or Smart Wifi firmware. You can check it on homesupport.cisco.com.

if yes, then ensure that the firewall on the computer is disabled.

    Hello,
In the one of the Oracle Beehive online trial, there is a demo about working with workspaces using a web interface:

I've been searching the documentation how can I access this web client on my installation, but I hadn't find the URL.
I'm wondering if this web client is included in the 1.4 version, if so, how can I access it? Do I have to configure it or install it? How?

    Hello
this client is not provided with the 1.4.1., but it is expected with the next release (in a couple of month normally, that's what great weith beehive releases, every 2-3 month you get a lot of news !! )

  • How to access the Web Service Browser

    Hi,
I need to access the Web Service Browser to generate a Web Service Description.
    How can I do it?
    I use the follow url:
    http://<host_name>:<port_number>/sap/bc/bsp/sap/WebServiceBrowser/search.html?sap-client=<relevant_client>
but I can't say how to determine values for the three placeholders.
    Help me please.
    THANKS

    Hi Andrea,
you can access the web services in sap transaction SICF. Then right click on the
service and choose "test". The hostname is the host on where the sap system
    runs.
The port ´number can be seen in transaction SMICM -> shift + F1. Here you can see
the portnumer assigned to the HTTP protocol.
And the client is the sap client (standard client) for which the service is configured.
    Hope this helps.
