Songs do not get authorized. You need to authorize the the computer via iTunes for the accounts that purchased the songs.
Also the iPod has to be signed into that account. To sign the iPod in go to Settings>Store and sign out/in to the necessary accounts.

Yes, to restore the iPod and reload the songs with whatever program you use to put songs on the iPod.
How do you manage to use iPod Agent to transfer songs to the iPod since this is what it says in the iPod Agent FAQ?

You should probably disable the autosync functionality first by going to Edit -> Preferences, clicking the Devices tab, and enabilng the prevent iPods,iPhones, and iPads from automatically syncing option.
Next, authorize the new computer with your iTunes Account. In iTunes, choose Store -> Authorize This Computer and enter in the correct credentials.
If possible, either copy a backup file from your old computer to your new one or create a new backup of your iPod in iTunes before letting it sync. To do this, right->click on your iPod Touch from under the Devices section in the left hand pane of iTunes and choose Backup. You might also want to take a look at this article to see what it all included in the backup.

Actually, there is a very good store in my country (in terms of warranity, quality, reliability... And a few months ago my iPod Video sort of... died, and they exchanged it to a new one), but their price is really high. I save almost 200$ if I buy it through the internet... so I kinda... well, don't know what to do

The songs need to be in the playlist(s) that go onto the ipod touch.
Plug the ipod touch into the computer and go to the music section of it from the devices menu. From here make sure that the playlist(s) that go on to this ipod are the ones that have the new songs.
Once this is done, click sync/apply.

The other responder gave you a program that will transfer stuff from your iPod to your new computer. You can transfer iTunes purchaces to your new computer by:

After you move your stuff to your new computer you will have to let iTunes erase your iPod and then sync with the stuff that is now in your iTunes library. You will loose app data though.
