How do I change products on monthly payments ie. Muse to Fireworks ?

I have Muse on monthly payments and found I don't need it, I would like to use Fireworks instead. How can I change it ?

You have purchased the muse subscription on September6th 2014, you need to get it cancelled & refunded, you can buy the desired CC then.

    You have purchased CC for Team online on April 2014, the program admin can not be changed for the direct purchases. You can add secondary admin but the invoice related mail & payment related information shall be emailed to the program admin only.

  • Can't increase monthly payments online

    I've just tried to up my monthly payments online but I got an error message and was advised to drop the payment amount instead of increasing it.
    I guess it's because I have a good credit balance at the moment, but the thing is, I know I have used a lot of BBtalk calls and extra broadband usage recently and expect to for the foreseeable future so I want to increase the monthly payments now rather than be faced with a large bill later on.
    Has anyone else encountered this problem?

    It's not really how direct debits work on the Monthly Payment Plan system, on this system you don't really get a bill its more of a statement as because your on Direct Debit you don't receive things like reminder bills.
    If you really want to increase the amount I can try to do this for you but the system does tend to decrease again if there is a high credit balance on the account.
    Either way if you email me at [email protected] with your account details and the amount you would like me to increase it to.

    My on-line membership to iTunes/Netflix was terminated when one of them was unable to collect my monthly payment for December 2013. The expiration date on my credit card had changed. I didn't know I had to notify them of that change. I've never had to notify any business, ever, since I've had a credit card. I've written them emails giving them my new expir. date and asking how I can settle my account but, so far, have received no response other than notes from both iTunes and Netflix announcing my cancelled membership. I just want to give them the 8 bucks and settle my acct. Help! Jack

    Thank you for the question.  Once you update your payment information in iTunes for the expiration date change you should be able to renew the subscription to Netflix.  The steps in the first article walk you through updating your payment information.  Once this is done see the section labeled Managing auto-renewing subscriptions on a computer in the second article below.
