How do I create my own custom persona to use and share?

I would like to create my own persona and then be able to share with Firefox users. I am clueless as to how to get started. I am sure the information is somewhere in the Mozilla Help database, but have yet to locate it. I just want to create a simple persona with some photos and graphics I have on my computer. I don't really know anything about code. Thanks for your help!

Adobe is making it difficult for people who have Photoshop Elements 8 and Premiere Elements 7.
If you also have Photoshop Elements 7, I suggest that in the future you consider making your slideshows in Photoshop Elements 7 because it of course does support transfer to Premiere Elements 7. Or you can make the entire slideshow in Premiere Elements 7.
The only option that I can identify for making a file of your PSE 8 slideshow is to do a WMV file from the PSE 8 slideshow output command.
This approach has the disadvantage of doing a compression in PSE to make the WMV file and then doing another compression in Premiere Elements 7 for whatever format you will use to upload to your website.

I wanted to create custom configurable web part property for Image.
Example - the screenshot of Image property used in Image web part is shown below:
My goal is to create as many images as possible in custom configurable web part.
I tried to write the code:

I have examined that context node __00 has been enhanced,and has a class name z___00. But when I created a new attirubute by right click " Attributes" with wizard under context node __00.There is still a error message "view is not enhaced or copied with wizard".
But when I created a method "getvaliation " in the class of context node zcl__00, the attribute 'valiation' automatically created(at the same time the method "getvaliation' automatically created for the attribute 'valiation') and I need not to create attibute 'validation' by wizard . It seemed as if the problem is resloved. But when I make test for it in web ui .There is a runtime erro message.
Do I need to make some configurations in the business object layer for the checkbox? but the checkbox is only used as a flag to decide whether a backgoud job is needed to be executed.

I just want to use a picture as my DVD cover, and then insert a slideshow. Also, when I try to burn my 8.5gb double sided slideshow, all that burns is the music. It is a large slideshow, a memorial on the life of my now deceased brother. This means a lot to me and to my family, and I am having so much trouble trying to burn it. I have gone into Project View and selected appropriately. The bar shows I have room to burn this DVD, but it does not burn. I have burned so many DVDs in the past, but this one just will not burn. I am so confused at this point. I will say this is the first 8.5gb I have attempted to create and burn. My specs list a 7.7gb or 4.7gb as operable....but there are no 7.7gb dvds. I had to purchase 8.5gb. Help? What am I doing wrong? I have spent so much time on this, and just cannot figure it out.

Give iPhoto a look at for creating the slideshow. It's easy to assemble the photos in an album in iPhoto, put them in the order you want and then make a slideshow of them. You can select from various themes and transitions between slides and add music from your iTunes library.
When you have the slidshow as you want use the Export button at the bottom of the iPhoto window and export with Size = Medium or Large.
Save the resulting Quicktime movie file in your Movies folder.
Next, open iDVD, choose your theme and drag the QT movie file into the menu window being careful to avoid any drop zones.
Then follow this workflow to help assure the best qualty video DVD:
Once you have the project as you want it save it as a disk image via the File ➙ Save as Disk Image menu option. This will separate the encoding process from the burn process.
To check the encoding mount the disk image, launch DVD Player and play it. If it plays OK with DVD Player the encoding is good.
Then burn to disk with Disk Utility or Toast at the slowest speed available (2x-4x) to assure the best burn quality. Always use top quality media: Verbatim, Maxell or Taiyo Yuden DVD-R are the most recommended in these forums.
The reason I suggest iPhoto is that I find it much easier to use than iMovie (except for the older iMovie 6 HD version). Personal preferences showing here.

If i can create my own task within portal by API or using another method , then How can i add that task link within the drop down box that is present in the Collaboration launch pad and Mytask Workset.?
Is there any API regarding UWL (which is useful for creation of custom tasks in Portal using Developer Studio by means of Portal Application Creation) ?
How can i add that custom task in the drop down ?.
I have tried the customization of existing UWL.

How can I create my own iTunes music file?

I have an iPhone and want to put music on it. My son has created an iTunes application on our home computer and has dowloaded all his songs to it. I thought all I would have to do is to create a new user name or folder for my music and dowload away, but it does not appear to be that simple - or maybe I am simple! I created a new file and downloaded some music I had purchased from iTunes into the folder, but somehow all the songs went into my son's folder. Is there an easy way to to this so I can keep my music separate from his? Thanks!

How do I create my own eBook?

I have many documents from school that I'd like to scan, convert to PDFs and then compile together into one PDF file. The problem is that whenever I scan a document, I can't compress it down enough without sacrificing quality, so I can't have a small PDF file. I have a few eBooks, and, looking at their properties, somehow the creators of those eBooks were able to compress their PDFs down enough without sacrificing any quality to the documents whatsoever. Here's an example:
one eBook that I have is 696 pages, the filesize is 4,159,863 bytes, and it looks like it was simply scanned and put together, because the quality of the eBook matches the book that it came from (which I happen to own). True, the images in the eBook are black and white (some of the images in the book are in colour), but there is no noticeable depreciation in their quality. Whoever created it was using the application PScript5.dll version 5.2, the PDF producer Acrobat Distiller 6.0.1 (Windows), the PDF version is 1.5 (Acrobat 6.x), and was NOT optimized for fast web view. How did the author get the page size so small (kb wise) yet retain quality? If one were to do the math: 4,159,863 bytes divided by 696 pages equals 5976.81, then divided by 1000 equals 5.97681. Almost 6 kb per page? How is that possible?
The smallest I could compress scanned images was about 20 kb, and the quality was terrible. In fact, the only way I could shrink them to that size was to scan them in Black and white (1 bit), and then distill them as much as I dared. The vast majority of documents that I'm scanning are black and white text with very little in the way of graphics.
Here are the programs that I have at my disposal:
Jasc Paint Shop Pro 8 and HP Director (for scanning with my HP PSC 1210 all-in-one printer, which has OCR technology)
Microsoft Word 2000 (9.0.2720)
Adobe Acrobat 5.0.5 (10/26/01) (yes, it has paper capture)
Acrobat Distiller 5.0.5.2001101100
It is driving me absolutely crazy that I cannot figure this out. Even creating my own job option in Distiller and adjusting the settings didn't help.
It should be possible, with the programs that I have, to get the results I want. For those of you who believe I should upgrade to something beyond Adobe Acrobat 5, here's another example for you:
There used to be a link on www.iartonline.ca (which no longer exists) to a PDF that is 13 pages long, created with the application Microsoft Word 8.0, the PDF producer is Acrobat Distiller 4.0 for Windows, the PDF version is 1.2 (Acrobat 3.x) and has a file size of 79,719 bytes. In contrast, I scanned two school documents (using OCR) into Microsoft Word, corrected any errors, and converted it to an Adobe PDF from there. The resulting size (for TWO PAGES) was 25 kb.
So, in conclusion, it HAS to be possible for me to scan my documents, retain their quality while compressing their size, and compiling them into single file PDFs.
I apologize for the lengthy explanation (this is why I couldn't ask the question on WikiAnswers), but hopefully this will save others interested in answering from asking irrelevant (to me) questions.

Since it seems to be such a big question to answer, I'll break it down:
Once I have scanned an image, how do I convert that image into a small PDF?
An example of what I mean: if I scan one sheet of paper...let's say it's a sheet of band music, meaning some text & mostly graphics in black and white...what settings would I use to convert that scanned image (that 'scanned image' could be in bitmap, jpg or just about any other kind of image file format) into a small PDF file? By 'small', I mean 20 kb or less (1 sheet of black and white text & graphics is DEFINITELY capable of being compressed down to that size with little to no loss of visual quality). I've messed around with various settings in Acrobat Distiller 5 AND 6, and the resulting PDFs have been WAY too big (100, 200, some even 400 kb). I've even done a scan of a sheet of band music, saved it as a jpg (82 kb), tried to open that jpg file in Acrobat 5, and received the message, "insufficient data for an image". Absolutely impossible, but it happened anyway. I've been able to open jpg files in Acrobat that were HALF that size and been able to save them as PDFs (of course, the quality was almost completely gone by that point).
It's 2010. There are people out there who have been able to scan & save images as small PDFs (under 100 kb per sheet while retaining the quality of the scanned image) since at LEAST 2001. I fully believe that it's possible with the programs I have to accomplish such a goal, but I've exhausted almost every possible combination I can think of when it comes to scanning and Distiller settings.
Once again, here's what I have at my disposal...
An HP PSC 1210 All-in-one printer (has OCR technology)
Adobe Acrobat 5.0.5
Distiller 5 and Distiller 6
HP Director (a program for scanning and setting scanning parameters)
Jasc Paint shop pro 8 (also for scanning)

I ask this question for the Nokia 808 PureView 41MP camera. It produces stunning image quality but exposure can only be controlled via EV +/- compensation. I need a lens profile to correct for vignetting to get even skies in panorama (which turn out stunningly otherwise). There is no profile for the Nokia 808 PureView I am aware of and I'd like to produce one.
Is the Adobe profile creator able to correct for varying exposure using EXIF or overlapping parts of the chart or background?
Or would the Adobe profile creator ignore EXIF if I use studio flash to enforce a constant lightning situation, even if shutter speed would vary (aperture is constant and ISO can be set constant, just not the shutter speed)?
Or did Adobe produce a profile internally they can share?

It would probably be easier for Adobe to rewrite the LPC to allow vignetting to be computed from a single shot of a blank wall without a target in the shot, than to have someone rewrite a camera app that allows manual exposure.
Another idea about how to get the phone to keep a constant exposure would be to experiment with putting darker and lighter objects in the field-of-view away from the target area to make the camera metering adjust things so it’s exposure is the same from one shot to the next. This would take some doing but should work, unless the LPC uses the part of the frame that doesn’t contain the checkboard target in its computations.
You’re basically varying the scene around the target so the camera takes the same exposure of the target each time.
