If you have an unpaid balance or payment due, you can't select None as your payment type.
To see which order you need to pay for, view your purchase history.
When you sign in to the store, you may see a message that there was a billing issue with your last order.
Click the Billing Info button to see the order.

  • HT2534 How do I remove a credit card from iTunes account?

I used a c card to download an app onto my teenage daughter's iPad.
Now I would like to remove the card from the account records.
    How does one do that?

I have the same question! This is what I have found out that might help you (however, it doesn't help me, so I'm still asking!)
Sign into your itunes account, under payment options, select none.
Enter the new credit card info.
In my case I have an expired credit card, the option "none" is not listed, and I have no new credit card to enter.
    Any help out there?

  • How can I delete an authorized computer from my account, but I want to still have one of the 2 I have

I made use of some computer to managed my apple account but later I sold this computer; then I bought another computer and I autorized this one but I didn't know I must delete the computer I made use before. Now I want to delete it but in the apple account page only let me to "desautorizar todo" I supose it means every computer,so how can I delete just one of them?

You can only delete individual computers if you have access to them. When you five authorizations in total you can choose to deauthorize all, then reauthorize the ones you want to use. You then can't repeat that process for a year. In short there is nothing you can do until you have five authorisations. Change your password just in case you left yourself signed in on the old one with no confirmation for purchases.

  • Removing a computer from itunes account

I just replaced my Macbook with an Air. Now, I need to remove my old macbook and add the Air to my account. How can I do this without erasing my iPhone? I I just want a few things from my phone on my new computer; I have a Mac mini that functions as the workhorse of the group and it also wants to replace the books and photos on my phone with the ones on my computer. I want to add the missing books to my computer, not delete them from my phone or iPad... Can this be done? Thanks in advance for any advice or help!
(BTW, iPad is my mobile library, it contains research, scanned books, excerpts, as well as my own notes on the previous items. It is rather precious to me & I don't know how I can back all of this up onto my mini without jeopardizing these documents, so I just use iCloud. Any suggestions

Log in to your account through itunes go to "store" menu and hit view my account. De-authorize all computers. Then authorize again your computers

    Deauthorize one computer
Open iTunes on the computer you want to deauthorize.
Choose Store > Deauthorize This Computer.
You might need to show the menu bar to see this option in Windows. In earlier versions of iTunes, you can access this option from the Advanced menu.
    Enter your Apple ID.
    Click Deauthorize.
If need to deauthorize your computer but you can't access it, you need to deauthorize all computers. After you authorize 2 computers, you'll have the option to deauthorize all computers for your Apple ID. You can deauthorize all computers once per year.
