How do I delete a photo album off of my iPhone 5 when the photo album is from another computer. I can't delete it btw!
I've synced an photo album from my old Toshiba laptop to my iPhone 5 last year, the laptop doesn't work anymore, but now i have a MacBook pro and i can't delete it off of my phone or iTunes! please help! My storage is almost full and i want to delete it!
If you select a single photo on your Mac to be transferred to your iPhone, all photos on your iPhone that were transferred from your previous computer should be erased first.

The easiest method is to connect your device to iTunes, transfer the photos to your computer and add them to photostream from there. If you only have a few photos to add, you could take a screenshot of each one. -

Copy everything from your old computer or your backup copy of your old computer to your new one.
If for some reason you cannot do this, then you can transfer itunes purchases from an iphone: Without syncing - File>Transfer Purchases

It's just simple as creating an event/album in the iPhoto, with the photos you would like to have in your iPhone.
Then, on iTunes you chose to synchronise with the iPhone that specific photo event/albun, instead of all the library.
And that's it!

This doesn't make much sense. What am i missing?It does make sense. The iPhone is a one-person device and just syncs to one computer.
The way it should work is as follows:
Old computer content ---> New computer
New computer <---> syncs to iPhone
But the way you are trying to operate sounds like:
Old computer content ---> iPhone
... and ...
New computer content <---> iPhone
So simply move your old stuff (either directly from iTunes, or from a computer backup) to the new computer, have it all there, then sync your iPhone to the new machine. -
The email which was used for my iCloud and Applie ID is no longer available to me and the password is not being recognised. I need to update my iphone to the new iCloud account and I am unable to delete the old as it keeps asking for the pasword for the old id / email to turn off Find my iPhone

No, only the photo is added to photo stream, your tags etc, are specific to iPhoto. If you want to share more than the photo use shared streams and add comments. -
I need to get my Apple ID off of my old iPhone 5. I gifted my old iPhone 5 to my daughter as I got the new iPhone 6. I of course have no problems but my daughter can't update anything really without the store telling her to enter my password for my Apple Id. This is my third iPhone and I have never run across this problem before due to the fact my iPhone was never in great condition (#1) or I lost it and had to go retool at a retail store (#2). If there is any help for a poor guy like me let me know I'm racking my brains trying to tackle this one and it's not looking good for me. Thanks for trying to lend your expertise everyone.
Robert MayRight. To figure out which of the Updates is asking for your ID, do not click Update All. Click on each app, one at at time to Update (this would be under the Update option in the App Store - you will only see apps there with the Update next to them that actually have updates pending). If it asks for the password to your Apple ID, then that app should be deleted.
So, it is good that her ID is the one signed on to everything on the phone now. Once you delete the apps from the phone, then she will purchase new versions of those apps using the App Store on her device. When she does that, the app will be purchased with that ID (or if free, will be associated with that ID since it was the one that downloaded it).
If she is primarily concerned about her Line app and her photos but nothing else, then you can just press on one of the icons on each Home screens until they all wiggle, and then click on the little "x" in the upper left-hand corner of the icon to delete it. Core apps will not have an "x" since they cannot be deleted. So, just delete everything with an "x" except the Line app....

How can I turn off "Find My IPhone" when the phone won't turn off but the screen doesn't work?
My IPhone has water damage so the screen has stopped working, even though the phone is still on. I need to restore the phone to send it back to the company, however when I try to restore it on the computer, it prompts that I need to turn of "Find My IPhone" in order to restore the phone. How can I do this on the computer with out use of the IPhone??

How do I restore my new iphone using the icloud data stored from another phone?
Yesterday my iPhone stopped working so I took it to the Apple store who replaced it with another one. I used iCloud when setting up this new one but this only restored my numbers to the new phone. I plugged the phone into my computer when I got home and again tried to restore my phone to the setup from yesterday. This changed the phone to the setup from over a year ago. I know my old phone backed up more recently than this because under iCloud 'Manage Storage' it shows that my old phone backed up yesterday. Any ideas how I can access this?
On your replacement phone: Settings>General>Reset>Erase All Content & Settings...you should now be able to use the backup from your old phone.

How do I get this stupid U2 album off of my IPhone?
This has got to be the most idiotic marketing stunt ever. Shame on Apple for burning $100MM of shareholder money to do it. I have spent the last half hour trying to get this stupid U2 album off of my IPhone. I tried doing it from my laptop and hid it in the ITunes Store there, but it is still showing up on my IPhone "in the cloud" ... any idea how I get it out of the cloud ... or will I just have to hate Apple forever for messing with my IPhone without my permission?

iCloud will allow you to redownload it in the future, should you choose to do so. You can also choose to never download it again.

Is there any way to delete an unwanted photo album off of my iphone 4s? My camera roll is how I like it, but I have 2 unwanted album subfolders with 5 photos in each that I'm trying to delete. There is no trash can.
How can I do that while keeping my original camera roll intact? When I try to go the sync route, the phone tries to sync with every photo or video stored on my windows based pc. I can't find a way to isolate those 2 subfolders and delete them. If they would only have a trash can option like the camera roll has, it would be no problem.
