What country are you in ? Depending upon what country that you are in then you might be able to redownload them on your Mac's iTunes via the Purchased link under Quicklinks on the iTunes store homepage
If you're not in a country where TV programmes can be redownloaded then connect the iPad to your Mac's iTunes and use the File > Devices > Transfer Purchases to copy them over from your iPad -

That was excessively complicated, and NOT how you import CD's into iTunes. I have imported nearly 1000 CD's into iTunes and never once, not once, have I fulled around with folders. That is done in preferences. That's not how iTunes works. William needs to post his question to the iTunes for Mac forum, where much easier solutions will be provided. -

That message is just a standard one issued, mainly for Windows users, you can disregard it if you didn't install any anti-virus. (OS X has one installed by Apple that doesn't interfere)
It's just some forms of anti-malware are really paranoid and lock the entire machine down. (like Norton)

You can't. Excel is a commercial product sold by Microsoft in an Office "package" and not as a stand-alone product.
If you need to be able to open and save Excel documents on your Mac, however, you could try the free LibreOffice.

How can I download videos from youtube with may MacBook Pro? I cannot download with real player. So how can I do it?
There are two apps that I know of - and I would also swear that they come from the same developer, although they've different names. Both have free trials and both cost $40 (but both do 'other' video conversion as well).
One is WonderShare - I bought this one and it works very well for downloading YouTube videos as well as converting just about any file format you can think of.
The other is iSkysoft Video Converter (just noticed that it's now $36).
I tried them both and finally decided on WonderShare. Give them both a trial run and decide if you like either one enough to buy it. I don't know of any 'free' software that will allow you to download and convert YouTube videos, but perhaps someone else will come along and know of something...

I won't speak to how to obtain Windows 7, which you'll need to purchase or you must have a Key that you've purchased or own.
You have two choices to use Windows 7. First, are the virtual Windows emulator, using Parallels or Fusion (I think those are the only 2 but there might be others). I never liked them much (nor do I like Windows, but sometimes you've got to use them). They are slow and memory hogs, so you need a ton of memory to use them (8GB good, 16GB better). But you can use Windows and easily move over to OSX because Windows is in an OSX window. Easy.
We're not going to tell you how to install Windows 7 with those emulators, there are forums for them at the company website. It's not easy, but it's not terribly difficult.

Your other choice, which is better and free, is Boot Camp. Boot Camp runs Windows natively, no emulator. But, you don't have access to Mac OSX unless you log out of Boot Camp. Again, this isn't the place to learn about it, go to the Boot Camp forum for more details.

HelpYou can copy documents to the iPad, but first you need one or more apps on the iPad that supports the type of document that you want to copy - unlike a 'normal' computer the iPad doesn't have a file system, and everything on it has to be associated with an app.
For word documents the options include Apple's Pages app, and from third-parties apps such as Documents To Go ('premium' version) and QuickOffice Pro HD.
As to how you then get the file to your chosen app will depend upon what the app supports - different apps will have different ways of copying their content to/from a computer e.g. via the file sharing section at the bottom of the device's apps tab when connected to iTunes, via wifi, email, dropbox etc. -
