How do i email appleworks 6.2.9 spreadsheets in a PDF tupw format without getting a jumble of text?

If you have the iWork application Numbers you can open and use AW 6.2.9 spread sheets and save in this format. Or you can export the ss opened in Numbers as PDF, Excel, or CSV. I don't know about Excel or CSV but the PDF is a fixed picture and will not allow functions.
I have just tested a newly created AW 6.2.9 SS doc with my G4 PowerBook (OS X 10.5.8). I opened and saved the new AW 6.2.9 SS in iWork 09 Numbers native format then emailed this to myself. I opened the email with my MacBook Pro (MId 2010 OS X 10.7.4,) and saved the SS Doc to the desktop. It opened with a double click in iWork 09 Numbers and was fully functional.
What I have done with my Claris Works and Apple Works ss docs is convert all to numbers which maintains the ability to alter and copy the data. Getting the Claris Works docs converted required an older version of Apple works that will read them and allow the saves to be read by v6.2.9.

When I purchased my computer I installed office for mac so I susally used outlook with no problems. My original apple id is the same as my pop server based e-mail account. Your pop account won't work with iCloud, it's the alternate me address you get when you create an iCloud account that works with iCloud. Outlook won't work with iCloud either, you need to use Address Book, iCal etc etc.

Open the App Store app, go to the Featured pane, swipe to the bottom, tap the Apple ID and sign out. Tap again and sign in with the Apple ID of your choosing.

It doesn't sound like you "changed" your Apple ID, sounds like you created a new one. Bad idea. All content bought with an Apple ID is forever tied to that ID. The ID that bought the content is the only ID that can update the content. Apple does not merge IDs not does Apple transfer content from one ID to another.

An icloud account is designed to be used by one user. That user can have all his/her devices synced with the same Apple data (email, contacts, calendars, notes, reminders, etc.) . When two people use the same account, then problems usually occur when one user edits data that the other user doesn't want changed on their device. You can continue sharing the same ID for the itunes account in order to share the purchased music, apps, etc. itunes accounts and icloud accounts are different.
It's by far better that each user has his/her own icloud account.

If you remeber the password to that Apple ID then follow these steps
1 - Make sure you have an email address that is NOT an Apple ID
2 - Go to AppleID.Apple.com
3 - Where it reads Manage Apple ID - Sign in
Once you are signed in want to make sure the email address you are wanting to use is NOT set up as a "Recovery/Rescue" email for this account.
[To check this - Main page where you see Primary ID - below do you see the email address you want to use listed towards the bottom? Yes - Delete / No - Good ./. If made any adjustments "Save" Next on the left select "Password & Security" - Answer your security questions you set up "if you have any" then scroll towards the bottom and check to see if you see the email address you want to use. Yes - Delete / No - Good] <-> Also you can change your password on this page as well. Any adjustments made "Save"
Once this is done go back to the main page where you should read "Primary ID" and change the email address that is showing to the new email address youo want. "Save" Done

Any devices connected to the same icloud account can sync all the data on that account. For this reason an icloud account is really for a single user.
On a mac, if each user has their own account, then the itunes for that mac account should be set up to connect to that user's icloud account (System preferences>icloud).

To change the iCloud ID you have to go to Settings>iCloud, tap Delete Account, provide the password for the old ID when prompted to turn off Find My iPhone (if you're using iOS 7), then sign back in with the ID you wish to use. I've spent over 3 hours on the phone/chatting to online support and none of it seemed to help as it all revolved around resetting emails etc but can't do any of it without my access to my old email. Now my phone won't take cloud because they advised to set up new apple ID and use that, but can't sign out of old one completely.
