How do I fix this when updating my credit card?

Hi All,
When I go to update my credit card details I get this message:
This may be due to one of two reasons:
1. The FI you are trying to access is deactivated
2. The access to the FI is restricted for specific IP addresses, and your address is not one of them.
Does this mean there is something wrong my actual account? I've tried to update on two different computers in two different locations and get the same message. Any advice??

To re-install iPhoto
1. Put the iPhoto.app in the trash (Drag it from your Applications Folder to the trash)
2a: On 10.5: Go to HD/Library/Receipts and remove any pkg file there with iPhoto in the name.
2b: On 10.6: Those receipts may be found as follows: In the Finder use the Go menu and select Go To Folder. In the resulting window type
/var/db/receipts/
2c: on 10.7 they're at
/private/var/db/receipts
A Finder Window will open at that location and you can remove the iPhoto pkg files.
3. Re-install.
If you purchased an iLife Disk, then iPhoto is on it.
If iPhoto was installed on your Mac when you go it then it’s on the System Restore disks that came with your Mac. Insert the first one and opt to ‘Install Bundled Applications Only.
If you purchased it on the App Store you can find it in your Purchases List.

ITunes is telling me that I've already authorized 5 computers and that i have to de-authorize one to play my music! How can i fix this when the only computer I've authorized is my own.

What I think has happened in the past 5years I've been using iTunes, I've cleaned off my hard drive 5times and saving all my music in the process. Each time I start over iTunes asks me to autherize that particular computer, but that computer/OS doesnt exsist anymore. How do I fix this?

ok i had my fx5200 installed and i would get a weird thing happening when i played games
to put it in words its like the screen was beating like a heart
every 2 seconds the screen would do something weird its hard to explain but im sure you understand
well now i got my fx5900xt and i just ran 3dmark03 on my whole computer ran every test and i got a score of a little over 4800 (thats on everything) and i noticed on the tests it did that heart beating thing again
how can i fix this?
i also ran it just on my vid card with the anisotropy turned down to 1 and set the resolution to 800x600 and i got a little over 5700 but it still had that heart beting thing again thru the tests

FIX: Unable to update/change credit card for iCloud Storage

You may get an email from Apple that says that they are having a problem processing your credit card for iCloud Storage. The email then goes on to give you three instructions to fix this by tapping on SETTINGS -> iCLOUD then tapping on "Account" and then following on-screen instructions.
If (like me) you see that your card is OK but you are still getting the email and you cannot edit the payment details, this is what you do.
Turn off Family Sharing.
Once this is done, you will then see that the old card details are really what is trying to be used, and you can then update your payment option. This is not known about in front line support and it was only a high ranking tech support person in iTunes support who mentioned this in passing as a possible cure. Share it please as failing to get your payment option correct can result in losing your iCloud Storage Plan and placing you back at basic free levels.

What does it mean when my "Session Has Timed Out?" How do I fix this and redeem my gift card?!

So, in the iTunes store when I enter a gift card code and hit 'redeem' a message pops up and says, "Your session has timed out. Try again." This has been going on for FOUR DAYS. I'm connected to the internet, have the newest version of iTunes my computer can run, (9.2.1), so what's the problem? I just want to buy some music!
